Horrible, banking and financial apps should be updated regularly to fix problems and enhance security, but this garbage hasn't been updated in more than a year and it's full of bugs, I can't even log in most of the time and when trying to send money it sometimes says there was an error and doesn't specify what was wrong, it's as if it's made by amateur programmers

Usseles app, you say we can access to visa card account services but not true, we tried me and my friend each one to access his account, it sais service temporairement indisponible ! And so one since you deployed the app!

Can't even sign up using my own credit card, from the very beginning a message pops up and blocks me from getting through the next registration steps, saying "Votre CIN n'est pas acceptée pour le moment", so tried to register using passport, and the same message pops up. And yes, personally I didn't like the UI..

The app suddenly logged out my account and I can't login since. I tried to recreate my account but it keeps telling me that my details are wrong though I'm sure they're correct coz I checked many times.

It's really helpful! but sadly many options don't work, whenever i try to recharge my phone it shows an error, also i can't receive the "mandat". please fix these issues!

I made an emission mandat minute it reduced my balance and didn't reach the recipient. And each time I try to make a transfer I get an error message. The app doesn't also work on my Samsung j7. when i try to sign up I get a message merci pour verifier votre connexion. That's a lot happening here

It's a good application that I used always but there's a wrong issue is when I try to recharge my phone money .it didn't work since the last update I don't know why

I would like the app to have an account system, because I change phones frequently, and a refund system, because you can never be sure when a payment is canceled or someone scams you, overall it's a very good app that just need polishing, it's very practical but lacks lots of needed features, and why can't I just send the money with the email and not be limited to the number or qr code. I suggest 2fa as well, keep on the good work!

It would be really helpful if it supports more than one card. I keep needing to uninstall/re-install it to use my edinar smart or my edinar jeune. (And for a long while it didn't allow recharging and they couldn't even add a message in the app to tell clients it was under maintenance, I only knew that through a facebook group)

They refused my identification card several times. And whenever I want to click on the support mail to ask them for the reason I found my self looking for nearby devices. Bad 👎
