"Blue Star Customer Care" is the official app of Blue Star Limited, India's leading air conditioning and commercial refrigeration company. The app enables you to quickly log a service complaint for any Blue Star product you may have and monitor its status. A one-time registration captures basic details such as phone number, address(es), preferred service time and products used. To log a complaint or request a service, just tap on the concerned product's image on the app's dashboard. I recently shifted to blue star which tend to be the biggest mistake.I would suggest everyone over here that never buy blue star AC or any product because even if it has a manufacturing default then also they won't repair it. I bought it in summers and now monsoon have arrived still the AC isn't working and the customer care is doesn't care. I will be going to consumer forum againt blue star. They have the worst services, I don't know how the are surviving with such poor services. Zero star.

I had bought a cooler a month ago, after a few days it got a problem, how many times I called the call center and in response only got that the material is pending, it will be done tomorrow, it has been 12 days till now but there is no service. .... worst service

Hello, I purchased Blue Star 1.5 ton AC on 24th April and it was installed on 25th April and I feel too much noise problem with outdoor from the Day 1. Within 1 week i felt so many issues and how you gives service for future i don't know. Problem : 1. OUTDOOR CREATES TOO MUCH NOISE. 2. SOMETIMES OUTDOOR VIBRATES SUDDENLY LIKE CRAZY. Registered 3-4 complaints from Day 1 but still no solution peovided.. I am using other brands AC in another room and working perfectly without any noise issue.

Horrible service experience. Bought a water purifier and was installed by a guy who was stinking dirty. Whenever I book a service request through this app, I get a call saying they're on the way but never come and a day later the service request is cancelled. Please don't buy blue star products. P.S. They have the same guy servicing all products, kind of like a jack of all trades, master of none.

I brought 1 Ton Window AC. I complaint to customer care that Water not draining from AC. But problem not solved yet. I suggest to everyone, Not to go with Blue Star. Poor quality and poor service @ Blue Star

I want to give 0 rating. Pathetic service. The ac is not cooling since march. We raised various complaints and every time the service man give different reasons for not cooling and now he says the problem is in condenser which is in warranty. But the company is not dispatching the part even after 17 days of approval of replacement. I will never reccommend bluestar to anyone for any product.

Hopeless service by Blue Star and it's service partner. Raised an installation ticket on Jun 5 morning and received service partner number to contact for installation. I made numerous calls which in so far which is not at all picked up. Even I called customer service to change the dealer so that installation request is transferred to another service partner which they did not do. Infact the call center executives are of no use except picking up call. I will be returning this AC to Amazon now.

Absolutely useless.I made a service request for my AC as cooling effect was not working.Without checking the problem the technician filled the gas and left.The amount for filling was charged 3000 and the bill shows amount charged is 0.Now after a few days the cooling was not happening again later when I gave a complaint the service people asked for 5000 more. This shows the level of recklessness and my problem is not sorted till date( my complaint was on April 30).I'm never buying Bluestar again

I bought a air conditioning problem at tha installation date and 3 time service but not problem rectified very very worst a/c i ever seen. This app is also no complaint taking this. app is fully error don't buy blue star ac.
