    The service is very poor. They don't provide the details of the router. I myself can not change the password of my wifi. They tell that they will do it from their end. It is going to be one month and till now they have not provided me with the gst bill which they charged me 2360. No proper customer service or support provided. They don't give you the proper ip address or router details so that you can check and change the wifi details accordingly. Pathetic service.

    I installed it in Meera nagar Rishikesh and the installer Charged Rs 2000 for installation charges however he did not provide the receipt for installation charges. As well as he did not share the breakdown of installation charges like security deposit, labour charge etc. As well as it not the excellent connectivity and bandwidth. Please look in to it and provide the receipt and breakdown of the charges.

    UI and all is fine. There will always be scope of improvement. What I find bad about this is no transparency in Plans. Plan upgradation or anything can't be done through the app.

    Way too much fluctuation with connection get very high ping and moderate NAT after months of complaining nothing done. I switched from speedair wanting better connection but disappointed.

    plans are not transparent and download speed is slow while upload is fast thereby automatically waste too much data. One couldn't upgrade the current plan.

    -Sevice and app both are worst. -Attitude issues with customer service team. -They need a good manager or service delivery manager who knows about customer satisfaction.

    Dear E net, I regret to inform you that lately there is frequent disruption in your service provided I shifted from BSNL to your service paying Rs. 1000 extra for uninterrupted service and prompt response. It is seen that frequent disruption is affecting meetings and classes. Necessitating purchase of additional jio dongle. If it can't be ensured kindly take back the boxes/router and refund the amount. regards, PS:The service continue to be down since morning
