This is the best fintech ever! 🤩 The customer service is really great and they answer in only a couple of minutes. On the other hand, the application's interface is really friendly and intuitive with the user. The app is very user friendly, the customer service is great on WhatsApp. Places to make deposits are easier to locate, everything works great! There is one problem, the card cannot be used at every store...to withdraw funds or sometimes to pay i get declined and have to withdraw from the ABM.

Hoping Cuenca would be better than the dismally bad and ineffective support over at Albo. Poor so far. Verification still on going for approximately 4-5 hrs. App is just verifying...forever. Got on with support, an hour and nothing, no response no reply just dead WhatsApp space. Maybe someone with a customer centric focus would actually try to do something. Until then, NEXT!

I really liked this app. Unfortunately the Méxican government implemented some regulations which required Cuenca to effectively terminate my account (since I don't have residency in Mexico.) But it's not their fault. I found everything about it great before that. Easy to use, great support via whatsapp.

The app and the account have so much barbed wire that they're almost impossible to use...most purchases are automatically rejected, so I end up transferring my money to other banks/apps. Better go will Albo or Fondeadora

All is good so far. Im trying to get a Bank statement PDF for my direct deposit. I keep tring to talk to somebody on whats up but they never answer or they take for ever. I had that kind of expierience at my other bank I need that statement..and need to know what my monthly deposit limit is . I work on commission base salary . I could have gotten this treatment with any other Mexican Bank. You can amaze me buy anseering my questions and letting me download a bank statement w info

I love the app, the user experience is great. I can pay my bills and also use the virtual debit card for my monthly expenses. It also helps me track all transactions very well and money transfer is easier. Sometimes the notification service doesn't work especially on low connectivity. Everything else is perfect!

I really do like the service, it's been my favourite so far, however since my phone was stolen I've had no updates about getting access to my account again, even after presenting my ID. I've always had fast service with everything else. I'm not sure why this time was different.
