Cove Devs, I feel you have two major issues to address: (1) On an Android pixel 5a, A version 11, the door Bell press uses the default notification category instead of the doorbell notification. This leads to the doorbell press being indistinguishable from anything else. (2) when someone presses the doorbell, the app cannot automatically open to the doorbell video, nor does it open to the doorbell video when the notification is selected. It's takes far too long to open the camera video.

App access for panel controls only being available to Plus ($26 plan/month) users almost makes the entire system useless. The app can also be more streamlined, organized, and offer ways to add and take payment options off, make payments, and purchase replacement equipment or additional if you already have it. While the panel may do what is asked, the app is a huge part of controls and adjustments for the panel and it can be faulty. It'd be nice to adjust other features of the panel via app too.

I LOVE Cove. But, i really really really hate their app. It wont work on my S10+ with most current update so i cant even view my cameras that i payed for. After reading the reviews, im apparently not the only one having this issue and im about to switch to a Google Nest system, this is sad.

I don't like this security system at all. I wish I would of gotten a different company. I wish I could return everything. The outdoor camera's don't capture all the motions. It only record 6 seconds if anything happens your just out of luck. You don't get notifications like a text only a email smh. Now for this stupid app. I got a new phone download and uninstalled the app 3 times and I still can't sign in. It keep saying signing out unexpected token

It really should have an option to connect via wifi not only cell service. It would've been nice to have my phone alerted if the alarm is triggered. It would also be very nice to have an option to add extra sirens for 2nd floor and basement. Headed to simplisafe hope I can get something for this equipment.

I have tried at least 6 times trying to install 2 outdoor cameras. After reading the QR code in the little booklet (which also sucks-it doesn't tell you how much micro memory you can install in the camera), it will not allow me to register my cameras. I need some of that professional talent they sold me when i purchased this system.

This is the buggiest app on my phone. The security system itself is alright and a pretty good value. But am I supposed to rely on this app for my safety? Yeah, right. A tip for those of you who get locked out or have password errors - clear the app's storage and cache. That has kept this POS hobbling along for me.

Currently the app is not working, it is saying network connection error. However, I am not having any network issues with any of my other applications or devices. I rebooted my phone and the app won't even open. It reads,"trimmed out" so until the app works my rating will remain negative, as I rely on the app heavily.

The system works great, however, the App is less than useless. Haven't been able to log in but only once. All other attempts to log in are followed by a "Script Error Message".

Have not been able to use app for days. Thus when I set alarm, I have to set it off when I get home everyday. Then get calls from monitors. A working app would be awesome. Looking at switching to another company.
