Rubbish keeps crashing. Latest update July 2021. I wish there was any alternative to using this app. It really is one of the worst around. If you have an alternative or can source an alternative use that. This is not worth trying to use as can only view in landscape. Stopped working altogether. Restarted phone, turned off and on, nothing. In a day & age of remote viewing by phone it is a struggle to come across anything as bad as this.

Dreadful app. It has been more than 2 weeks since either me or my partner were last able to view our home's security camera via the Android and iPhone apps. The camera is still live and displays when I plug a monitor in, but that is a huge inconvenience and clearly not a viable solution when we want to check on the property while away from home. We have had numerous issues in the past where we would go hours of being unable to connect to our cameras, but never an entire fortnight before!

This app is absolutely terrible on an android device. It takes an eternity to load and actually see your cameras and will often crash on attempting to load. It is no faster if you leave the app running in the background either. Awful. I would avoid concept pro dvrs at all costs unless you have an iPhone, where it is slightly better.

I only have this because of the cameras connected to the ADT alarm, but I doubt I will renew the contrat as it is more trouble than it's worth. The app is slow, sometimes it won't connect at all, I end up uninstalling it and reinstalling, which sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Sometimes it reconnects after a couple of hours, other times it takes longer. ADT's internal camera works fine on their software but the concept pro software is not reliable.

Great, well thought out & well designed app. Unfortunately its let down by a couple of issues... Often crashes saying 'app isn't responding' or sometimes it just locks on startup screen. Also when using p2p, first camera loads up immediately but all others take a while (upto a minute sometimes). When setup with a static IP connection, they all load up straight away. I know 6 other users of this app who all suffer from the same issues (except for 1 iPhone user who's app doesn't crash the same.

We can never view our security cameras as it is always telling us to register our DVR which we have already done. It will not allow us to do this again. Useless. 28/7/19. Edit... App still beyond useless. No point in having. Still can't view cameras. No response from App developer. Unsure why ADT are contracting it out to someone who is sh** and not developing an app themselves. 02/01/21!

Unreliable, Constantly freezes when you select the HD/HQ setting on Live View, Don't understand why it cannot boot up in HD. Also when app boots up it's taken ages to connect if it even does, it will show camera 1. Forcing you to click on option to view other cameras. This will then cause app to freeze. It will either unfreeze after couple of seconds or completely stick, forcing you to disconnect. Makes checking cameras a chore. Cannot believe ADT are involved with this. Needs updated ASAP

It's utter trash from a functionality perspective but it's a beautifully laid out, feature rich application which crashes when requested to view individual cameras. It fails at the most basic task required, tragic when so much time & effort has been taken to develop the application. Windows 10 App - no click to view single cam without crashing, IOS, has weird color bleed/distortion on single pane zoom, Android, won't load on some devices, the ones it does for the most part work OK domestically on WIFI but not from a 4G cell signal remotely.

Just had ADT cameras fitted, the cameras are amazing no issues there. The app is super slow and makes the viewing of live footage almost impossible! When you alter any settings you need to do it sometimes 3 times before it actually saves. ADT really need to move away from this app as I have tried to show friends how good my cameras are and havent been able to!
