Absolute rubish. Doesn't locate correct pick up location , the app does not allow me to search drop off. It won't even locate or find landmarks eg hungry jacks ( suburb). I'd hate to see the faults in the payment section seeing the booking process is impossible !

Attempted to reinstall again and won't send me a verification code to register. Have not used in a while as my old my device could no longer use the app. Maybe a limit on how many times a mobile number or device can use the app.

Note this is the OFFICIAL app for Swan Taxis, Perth Western Australia. Not very intuitive, didn't find my addresss initially, once I added it as Home it worked better. Unfortunately taxi driver did not pick me up - he parked a street away and drove off as I approached. Must have missed me waving. Phoned customer service (had to Google their number, why isn't this easy to find in the app?) and they were good, but ended up cancelling the trip and taking an Uber home

this app is like a monkey tried to reverse engineer uber. but twice the price. you have tonenter location manually and usually comes out wrong also you have to enter a nimber separately and not always an option. take ages to find a car and then they always go the wrong way. there is a track tue driver option but litterally always very very wrong. honestly i don't know how they got this so wrong. and they all blame uber but taking the work but really it's the monopolised incompetence. fail

Worse than the cab drivers! I have used this app for over 3 years and it never missed a beat. Since the Android Pie update its as useless as a 1 legged butt kicker. i cannot enter any location or address or landmark or anything that might help get a cab to me. so now I'm back to phoning Swan taxi's to order a ride and we all remember what a joy that is...

I used this app last year when I was travelling for work and it was great, but this time around it doesn't work. I am unable to book anything in advance. It will go through the motions but then nothing saves. I tried uninstalling and installing again but now it won't even find my address as a starting point. Not sure what's happened but this app is frustrating.

Terrible. I tried this after listening to a radio advertisement about it. It is absulutely hopeless. There is no confirmation that the taxi is on its way. Phoned the company a d said the reservation was live and taxi on its WY. Then go to check payment at end of journey and the App had not processed payment. Lack of prompts on the App to know what to do with in the App of what to do next to complete reservation. Not an easy App to use. Give them a year an they might get it right. Good luck

tried the app as the swan taxi web site is incredibly bad to use on mobile. Unfortunately the app would not recognise my address and would not find my location via gps. Clearly needs a lot of work, like their website. I did mange to book my taxi using the phone and zooming in to fill in the form. The website had no problem finding my address. I feel for the taxi drivers who have lost out with the to Uber but this much time later it is astounding that Swan taxis can't deliver a booking app.

Used to work on my Samsung Galaxy S5 and was very useful in booking taxis and tracking these bookings, but it appears this no longer works. I'm no longer able to book taxis, which is kind of the point of using the app, thus I have just deleted this app. There is no feedback from the app owners as to resolution of this issue and thus I'll now either just book a taxi over the phone, or else use a ride share operator.
