I can't add PayLah, it says technical errors, and app doesn't accept credit card. It's been 2 weeks now. I have a promo code which will expire in a few days time but I can't use it coz the app doesn't seem to accept cashless. I've uninstalled and installed back. If not for the fact that I have to use a cab (and not private hire) to travel, I would never have book through this app. This app is lousy.

Be very careful when booking, it's really easy to mess up the pick-up location (default is based on GPS) and waste everybody's time by having the taxi come to the wrong location It's a shame because otherwise it's pretty efficient : I've always managed to get a cab when I needed one.

After the recent update, I can no longer use my promo codes from Lazada for StreetHails. Or maybe it's promocode function is not working at all. And when I was charged for admin fees when there should not be. I have sent 2 emails to feedback but no reply.

[UI FIX] Please add a button for users to dismiss the big pop up to buy insurance which most will not need. Pop up is so large and almost covers the entire map! I can't see clearly how far is my driver.

This app is useless. After launch, it always say "Slow internet connection please try again later." At times when the app works, the error shows up when trying to key in destination. Tried on 4G and Wi-Fi, same issues, uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times still getting same problem. You guys should consider hiring people from Grab or Gojek.

Absolutely terrible app. Driver cancelled on me with no notification from the app. I was left hanging without any knowledge on what has happened to my booking and it literally vanished into the thin air. Highly unreliable, will NOT recommend. This is not the first time. Lost $5 worth of vouchers as a results. Thanks CDG!

Very lousy app. Will not let me add in credit card under "Manage Payments". Attempt at adding in new card on Samsung S20+ always results in going back to "add card" screen or error mesg "the card does not seem to work". Have tried with different valid cards and always the same frustrating behaviour. Stupid comfort delgro app developers should be fired for not properly field testing during UAT and comfort delgro management fined for not properly project-managing the app development.

I used the Meter booking which indicates $7-8.50 and booked, only to sit in the taxi and get charged an additional $2.30 for booking fee. Overall ride cost $10.15. Grab cost $8.30. I'm not upset that I paid more. I'm upset that it was not reflected during the booking. Hiding extra fees after displaying lower prices? Shady practices. Never going to use this again.

Have encountered many times when divers get lost and can't find the pick up point then they cancel on me and forfeit my promo code. I didn't get a replacement promo code. They didn't even bother calling. Just sent automated messages to say that they left and cancelled. It's not my fault that they got lost and can't find the pick up point. I should be compensated for this poor service.

Convenient app but seriously needs a feature for drivers to alert passengers that they have arrived. Booked a cab from CGH and a driver at the taxi stand accepted my trip but the app just shows that the driver was "arriving in 1-3 minutes". Waited about 5 minutes before the driver called out to me. Also, the paylah function could not work despite me giving authorization via my paylah app. Thankfully I had the foresight to bring along money because that would have been an awkward disaster.
