First of this app block your card the first time you use it outside the Euro Zone at an ATM. Then on top of it th so called "card unlock" is not working in the App. After writing an email and and having contact with support the card is unlocked. As a suggestion a Card Control feature where I can enable and disable countries would be helpful and also to ability to self unlock if your fraud systems do a false alarm

It is an excellent app, However, a bit of polishing is needed for detection of paired devices. My device is already paired, yet I continue to get system messages from the app, prompting me to 'pair my device'.

Need dark mode. Update: would it be possible to move "saving plan" banner to wealth tab instead of at the top of bank tab? It's quite annoying to scroll down everytime i want to see my transactions and standing orders because the banner is occupying 1/3 of phone screen of Bank tab.

The bank is good. Easy to use and all the paperwork was really fast. However, I would like to point out that sometimes when I close and open the app it doesn't ask for my fingerprint. I would like you to solve this problem with the app.

Bank Transfers get blocked by Nuri. Seems they force you to keep your balance on their Portal. Very unprofessional service. Nobody is following seriously up to resolve a problem. You get a SMS TAN for login, but do nit receive an SMS TAN for transactions.

Moving money around is so glitchy and when I sent off for support no one ever got back to me. The bitcoin interest account seems impossible to withdraw bitcoin from.
