I like the app and it works fine for me. EXCEPT one thing: Reminders repeat and Repeat and REPEAT for hours and days. I have (repeatedly) called the very nice people at the help line who said they would pass this on to developers. I am still waiting for a fix or even a nice note saying it was being worked on. This is what occurs: Set a Reminder for Sunday 11 AM to happen every week. Sometime around 10 AM on Sunday the reminder starts. I can swipe the reminder and it will come back within minutes or hours, seemingly random. If I leave the app open and wait for the reminder to happen again, I'll sometimes catch it in time to see a message pop up asking to dismiss or snooze. (Otherwise there is no way provided to dismiss it.) Yet still, I have dismissed several times already. It is now over 5 hours since the first reminder and I am still getting them. If this goes as usual, I'll see many more into Monday until they just stop until the next Sunday. I have tried deleting the reminder and creating a new one. Same thing. This is totally unacceptable for a corporate professional app such as this. I get better response and action from some developers of free or donation type apps.

Very nicely done app. It's easy to use and convenient. Needs an indication that the meter is connected. Would also be nice to delete unused labels (user ID). Otherwise, I find the app very clear and concise. Automatically recording your glucose history is so important for keeping up with your trends. It's perfect for aiding in diet and exercise adjustment to maintain control of your diabetes.

I can't verify my email so I can't go any farther. It doesn't give me any clue as to what I can search in my email to find it either. I've resent the email at least 20 times trying to make sure it sent I've triple check my email to make sure it's correct and I even tried using my husband's email to see if it was something wrong with mine. Hope the actual device works better than the app

The login boxes are not compatible with my accessibility app and prevent password input. It is also difficult to copy and paste into the box. There is a Bluetooth pairing notification that is hidden because the app is always in full screen mode, so pairing repeatedly failed until I swiped down to see the notification. Finally, having the app needlessly in full screen mode causes difficulty navigating out of the app for people with dexterity issues as it requires swiping up to show the nav bar.

I would gladly give this app 5-stars, except that it requires Location services to be enabled to upload test results from meter device to phone. There is no technical reason for this requirement: Bluetooth function does not require location. This IS about information harvesting and a serious breach of privacy for those who choose to turn-off Location services. Please change that Location services must be enabled for results upload!

Easy to set up and use. My PCP likes being able to see my track record at a glance with the flow chart. I highly recommend the app. I have used others in the past and find Contour's meal/carbs tracking options to be the best. Great product for the money. - - TMC

App is very easy to use and the convenience is greatly appreciated. As others have stated the ability to delete a reading is needed. Twice I've had readings in excess of 500 which I knew to be wrong. Immediate retesting showed true value however incorrect ones greatly spike the 7/14/30 day averages.

1. Please allow us to disable immersive mode (full screen). Makes it really hard to use when the Android status bar and navigation keep disappearing. 2. Please allow us to view a history of our A1C we have entered. 3. It would be nice to track that we had a meal (I am not talking about when you take your reading, you don't take readings right when you eat). 4. Stop asking me to call.

I use a password manager that generates a random password, typically significantly longer than 8 characters. The Contour app would not let me paste in the auto-generated password, but wanted me to type each character in by hand. I stopped right there. Will someone please let me know when this is fixed? I am interested in what this app really can do. From the description, also no special characters are allowed in the password. Not a very impressive first impression.

Seems like an OK app but looses points for account setup. They don't allow pasting a password during the account setup. The developers comment to call the 800 number will not resolve the issue as how will someone who's not the developer allow pasting of passwords in the password field?! Permissions are another pain point. Why do you need location information to transfer data via Bluetooth? Why do you need access to all the files stored on the device?
