I can't connect cause it says that there has been an error each time I try to confirm my phone number. It worked once, luckyly, but after that, when I've put all my personal informations, it always says to verify my informations (= not ok). I tried to use the app when I'm not logged in, and I can't search an adress and the stops near to it. These two things are very annoying and decrease the user experience.

Really happy with the app, convenient enough as every service in Brussels. However when on the application I check the "payment methods" section, nothing loads... Is this a problem with the app? Or my phone? Huawei P30. I also notice that, in my profile settings where it wants a ' STIB travel card number ', it does not exactly explain... The form won't accept the whole number on my MOBIB card, maybe it isn't the needed number, I would like to include it but I am confused then. Thank you a lot

I was waiting in the spot they pinned at map and my taxi came after 25 mints and stopped somewhere around me as I was seeing it on map and cancelled the other 😳 not even call or text...

Après la vérification par numéro de téléphone l'application revient au menu principal 'login' donc impossible de se connecter

I had to wait for 40 mins. for my ride. I then called the customer care and she said that the driver didn't even see me. I asked her to give me the driver's no. But she didn't even have the contact of the driver. The rider and the driver can't even contact each other. Very poor service. Why do you even verify my mobile no. if the driver can't call/message me? Advice: Take the cab/taxi. Don't rely on Collecto

Je narrive pas a me faire un compte, mon adresse est apparemment incorrecte, jai essaye sans numero de batiment, avec, et aussi numero du batiment + appart, et aussi en neerlandais, rien ne marche! :/
