So when I downloaded this app, I was so excited. But realised it was a scam. So you get free coins at the start. And you use it on the claw. I spent so many tries on it and I got an item, all I needed was to get a second item so it can deliver. But whenever I try and grab my second item it grabs with great grip and then let's go and releases the item. So it isn't good. So you can't grab a second item, so you don't get anything. It only wants you to get the app and pay money to get items. Bad 👎

You will win the first game you play and then the rest you'll loose. The hook grabs the plushie and then the hook opens up to drop it. They only ship when you win 2 prizes so you get the satisfaction of winning the first and the frustration of trying to get the second. I don't recommend.

UPDATED: IVE FINALLY WON 2 PRIZES SO WAS ABLE TO GET IT SHIPPED. LOOK FOWARD TO RECIEVING MY PRIZES. As most have said in other negative reviews, you may win a prize with the free coins but after that the machines would drop the item/open up before the end. I recommend claw.games and hope this company adopts a similar approach in the future.

Its nice they give ya a decent amount of coins but once you win your first prize, its rigged. It will drop the toy out of the claw even when it has a good grip on it. It won't let you send you prize out for free unless you have 2 or more prizes. Im not exactly sure if it gives you coins often but if you want more coins right away you're going to have to waste money and most likely not get anything.

Well as I suspected. They bait you for the first prize then when you try for second prize, they rigging the crane to the point where it cannot grab things. After free coins spend, they auto redirect you to buy coins at store. Of course I click backwards but cannot backwards because they auto lock you to buy the coins!!!!! This app is huge dangerous and scam.
