I'm upset 😡 this should not charge any more than the price of coins it says on the in app purchases especially when it costs so many to play and you cannot play without buying them, if anything 2.99 should pay for free games and shipping at least once a day.. and I still haven't received my 2 prizes..I did win in the beginning, but now I don't. I believe this is a ripoff

I was looking forward to this. Tried first level and won a plush with first try. My daughter was delighted. The first con is the cost to ship the prize to your door. you have to pay for VIP. This gives unlimited free delivery. So I paid. Got some free coins and tried for other prizes. 2nd con is the grabbers are more sensitive and you have literally no chance getting a prize in a few turns. So more coins are required. Coins are expensive. Dont expect arcade 30p a go prices here.. disapointed

Rip off, I have spent hundreds and win nothing! Delayed claw black screen always a loss on free coins repeated drops from claw. Does not give back refund on loss signal delay and glitches repeatedly over and over loss glitches played so many times I won 3rd in pet tournament and still no pattern of success possible. Makers of this app and game so called service need to revise and give better signal benefit of doubt. Have not even trued to tackle customer service after what I read so far. Share?

Warning dont play this game! They have false advertisement. They said that the delivery is FREE BUT NOT! This is based on my experience. I was shocked that the items i have won Few MONTHS AGO and requested to be delivered on my address has a fee. Plus the fact that it was delivered for almost a month! THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING! Postal fees my behind! Your free delivery is a scam! IF THERE IS A NEGATIVE REVIEW ILL GIVE IT TO THEM!

Delayed Claw, only 2 moves that they don't tell you until the first time you try it, you get one move to the right and one movement up. Items fall out of the claw when it gets to the top, kinda expensive for what it is and you need to play a lot in order to get to the higher tiers which means a lot of money spent or saving up the very little coins you could get from the daily free claw game.

This is a fun game however things could be improved. First off this game is fun and unique in it's own way by being a live cam fed claw machine game where you can win prizes. It is mostly a p2p game even though you can earn free tokens. The controls could be very much improved you only get 2 clicks to place the claw where you want it 1 click left and 1 up. I would suggest adding a full on toggle control so it gives the user better control of the claw placement.

You have to pay for everything after the first try. This game is horrible. You pay for everything. It should not be this expensive and hard to get the prizes. The screen hlitches so you cant see where the claw is going. It isnt my connection.

It's okay. I did win a prize but I'm sure it's so they can reel people in. The beginner ones are stocked up but the other ones are not. You don't really have much freedom to move the claw the way you want and I wish there was a good help guide to use instead of using your own coins to figure it out. I'll amend this review once some of the bugs and the game is more developed cause I can see the potential in it

Overall a pretty good app. You have to have wifi or really good service or you sometimes loose coins because the live machines will obviously glitch and theres been a few times i have been refunded which is cool. I've won quite a few things in the past few weeks i've had it downloaded. Now the big five stars i will give is once my winnings arrive in my mail box. Fun addicting and does require in app purchases for coin pack.

So far so good! Waiting on my prizes to arrive but the game itself is super fun. It's just like a real life claw game -most of the time you lose but sometimes you win! There is definitely both skill & involved! I appreciate that the app let me know that my connection was unstable so I didn't lose any of my plays. Also, is there a way to gift coins??? I would love to give my bestie coins for Christmas!
