This app used to tell me when my child got a commendation by email, and it used to say by which teacher and subject. This has now disappeared. Most infuriating .

I've had the app for about 3 years. I haven't had a problem until my account has suddenly disappeared over a week ago. Unsure why. I log in nearly every day and it's still working on my partner's phone. My account has been deleted- the user email isn't in their system!

Was good when it worked but the app is now unusable after the latest update. As another reviewer said, using the back button causes the app to completely freeze. I have been unable to get it working again so can't use the app at the moment.

the App works fine and keeps you upto date. suggestion though, we do rely on it to keep upto date for homework, maybe add the option of ticking it when it's completed and also put it in the order that it's due in at school, then I'm not constantly looking at each individual homework to check the dye date

I have no issue with the homework page or adding children. The points awarded / deducted are up to the teacher. To be fair THIS APP IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE TEACHERS USING IT! Homework will be there, if they add it. We know the due date, if they add it - my child has had homework due in on weekends! If you're having problems, you need to see if it's a technical issue or a user (teacher) issue. Mine have never been technical!

Great App for tracking childs rewards in school. However it is impossible to close it in a user friendly manner. You have to move away from it and close it in the option to close all.

My app is up to date, however every time I try to go into the detail of my children's homework, I just get a blank white screen and can do nothing further - the only thing I can do is exit the app. Please fix it so my children can do their homework!

Even the 1 馃専 is over generous. Spent the best part of this evening messing around with it and I'm no further on. Tried to set up a new account on my android phone's Chrome browser but it led me a merry dance: no account, new account, wrong password, account exists, reset password... You name it, every excuse under the sun, never got further than the login/new account screens. One long and frustrating merry-go-round. Before a developer suggests I just needed to clear my cache, I did, frequently.

Update- the crashing problem is fixed. App is now usable again. Still don't like the layout though and custom dates cannot choose a single day (should be option to view today only) Old:The new version is awful. Poor layout, and regularly just get a blank white screen. My wife also uses and is having the same experience.

REALLY don't like this latest interface. Seems like a backward step. Can we have the old one back? Also, it would be nice to see the subject that the points were awarded for. Back button doesn't close app. Have to force close.. not good.
