Easy to use however 3 areas needing improvement: 1. Constant message reminders are extremely irritating (multiple times for each message by push & email). 2. Not accessible to partially sighted users. Message font is tiny, no option to enlarge. (Note to dev - this is with device accessibility options on! It's app problem). 3. When I moved & searched using new postcode, app did produce local results however on individual profiles continued to show distance from my OLD postcode. Please fix!

Wish people understood that 'requirements' means hours, days etc. So many people just that they are looking for childcare which doesnt help.

Applied for a while but too limited. Can't message people to show interest. This should be free! I would pay to be noticed more. But I won't pay just to be able to access something like messages when I pay for credit on my phone so if phone numbers were available I would not be paying extra! Please make messaging people free because otherwise I might as well make my per hour more than others just to cover my membership and it's not fair on anyone. It costs you nothing to let people message.

If you write text, it does not automatically update, it took me a while to figure out how to save the text. Using the App is a good option if you are browsing and looking for information but do not wish to add unknown people on Facebook. If you become a Gold member, you need to pay monthly but this is worth it as you have access to sending messages to more childcare providers (who are also Gold members). It offers some data protection by allowing the user to set a password and sign in and out.

cant message anyone without paying a hefty sub fee, as if childcare wasnt expensive as it is! ill find a different database to find my childcare. edit: well, as a free member i can't contact quite few childminders in my area. its asked me to pay to be a gold member. everyone I've tried to contact, its asked me to pay.

This app is a disrespect to your userbase, people using your app to make a living and people that in need of help. Childcare probably outsourced it to a high school kid to save some money. Home screen is a joke - Have you ever heard about Material design? Notifications - Don't work. I make a change in the settings and get an indefinite spinner spinning. I still get notifications and emails for views after disabling it. Last but not least - Back button on the navigation bar never exits the app. So many usability issues. Result: Uninstall. Avoid.

I paid for the 3-month subscription, and didn't get the promised features, in particular I wasn't able to message potential parents about the jobs. I emailed customer service to complain, and was told they would work on it, and nothing happened. Terrible. Would not recommend.

It's ok it could do with some updates really, it's quite slow. when you have seen someone that doesn't fit you requirements or you theirs then there should be a button where you no longer see their profile and vice versa. it seems to show a lot of updates so I'm sure that of anything changes you could see it again. it's a pain to have to scroll down the page to seeing the same profiles and then having to hunt for new ones. when paying £25 (which is quite alot) for what i consider a basic app.
