Il s’agit d’une application mobile visant le grand public des citoyens de la ville de Casablanca.
Chikaya a comme objectifs de permettre aux habitants des communes:
L’expression de leurs réclamations.
Exiger une meilleure administration/gestion de leur commune.
Contribuer à la résolution des éventuels problèmes qu’ils peuvent rencontrer face à l’action communale.
Renforcer leur ésprit de communauté et leur engagement vers celle-ci.
