This app is worst. I ordered a week ago, and got my parcel delivered also, still i haven't get my cashback. I raised a complaint also by missing ticket but still no response. The only message i get, "sometimes it take 72 hours to get cashback". I think the developer is only earning by doing affiliate here and nothing else. We don't have any profit here. "THE WORST APP"

Earlier this app was good and was giving payments on time. But a lot has changed now, they are actually not paying the cashback. I have requested for Amazon gift voucher of my earnings but it has been almost 3 weeks I have not received my voucher. Also customer support is worst they do not respond to any emails.

You have to follow up for your rewards. They do mistakes every time. And if your cashback is not tracked, you have to raise complaint, else you will lose your reward. I have done this action almost every time. Sometimes they credit less, sometimes not at all. My reward towards flight booking was not tracked and when I raised concern they simply told that the retailer doesn't allow missing cashback. If this is the reason then while tie up with retailer you people should clear these things. Poor..

The idea is good, but the implementation couldn't have been any worse. Literally for every purchase you need to raise a cashback issue in the app, the cashback takes days to register, and months for a cashback. The cashback when you order something from Amazon is around 2-3% only and it takes 40-50 back to get to you. I will suggest to once install this app only when you are ordering something worth 15000 or more and then throw it in the bin after you get a cashback.

I've been using this app for over a year now and it does the magic! The team is supportive and responds to any queries smoothly and so far I've gotten a good discount on my purchases for sticking to the app. One common query people seem to have is with delay of the cashback which is normal as confirmation can take upto 45-60 days. Rest assured, it does come! :)

The most used less i ever have for online shopping ......the product is very costely because of casback.....the charge more ....than real rate...and you cannot fine any product that is equal rate ....whith other online shoping it just a stupid casback ..... Actually they will charch extra rate that orginal rate and by that they give u casback .....and also it used lesss for me because there is only less online shopping in their ....you wan find Flipkart ,etc shopping because the have less rate.

Everything in this app is perfect just the timing and the customer support is something which irritates me. The customer support doesn't pick the call and the cashback period is 90 days which is too long as it should be done in 30 40 days . Overall the tracking is good but the time period of the confirmed cashback or reward is irritating.
