The CarMax Owner's app was great for helping the responsible car owner stay on top of routine maintenance, as well as make payments and shop for a new car. The new app professed to migrate this "maintenance" feature to their new app. Deceived and very disappointed. I'm almost done paying off my car. Not sure I'll be using your new app for anything, ever again. Has left me sour.

This app is way to cumbersome to check anything regarding accounts or payments. It's awful. The previous app was so simple and easy to get into, this one makes you jump through so many more hoops just to verify things like the next payment. Terrible.

This new app is terrible. It did not transfer any of the information regarding my vehicle. No vehicle description, no VIN, no photos. It did not transfer my Max Care insurance information. No Contract #. No Administrator Info. No Telephone Contact # It did not transfer my registration, insurance card, license plate or anything at all to do with my car. No Safety Issues And Recalls No Roadside Service Instruc. You need to take a very serious look at this app and fix these problems.

I agree I don't like the App we have to use to make our payment and keep track of our maintenance and mileage just over all keeping record of our vehicle. The only thing this app is good for is looking at vehicles. I think you should have an app just for the finance part. If you can make and app that has the best of both. My 1st experience with carmax you couldn't ask for any better service in all departments. My 2nd just the opposite. Finance Department suck.

This new app that i was forced to download to pay my auto payment is trash compared to the old app. You should keep the old app and change it to the Carmax owners app which was great to see all the info on my truck, maintenance schedules, recall info, warranty info, and so on. Now i can make a payment or shop for a car.

The app has problems. In September, I was charged twice for return payment. I had the money in my bank those times. It took about 5 days to process 1 time and later for the other. Return payment is a $29 fee each time. I don't recommend this service.

This new app, which I was forced to download to make my payment, might be just fine for someone who is shopping for a car. But for someone who had the previous CarMax OwnersPlus app, this is pathetic. I can only make payments. There is no maintenance history or tracking and no information on my specific car. If I can find another way to pay, I'm uninstalling this app.

The app is great! It has everything that the website has and is bug free so far. I have purchased from carmax 3 times over the last 10 years and I will do it again.
