No way to watch videos from cloud , always breakups The rest could be acceptable , When you doing something do it good way at least it could work . Do not buy it. Make DARK MODE and improve net conection

Not good. This app can not do basic things like turning on LED light, preseting positions, etc. which can easily be controlled by rival app CamHi.

App will only send real time notifications if your phone screen is on. It forces you to subscribe a number of paid text to get real time notifications. They also charge you a lot for subscribing to their cloud. If you bought a camera that uses this app return them asap!

the 6 cameras saved on my mobile phone were all deleted by itself on two instances already, so need to scan & reinstall again one by one.. really a hassle as our cameras are ceiling-mounted.. should be saved on the registered e-mail account automatically.. also cameras cannot be installed sideways, as there is no option in the app to rotate the image by 90 degrees and to mirror it.. only choices of installation are upright and inverted.. also, camera is spelled 'camare' in the app interface..

Many features available in other apps not available in this app or not supported by the star max cam: - Show available/remaining capacity of SD Card in GB - For storage management, Give option to overwrite or stop recording. - Email Notifications: Add feature to email notifications, so even when cam owner'mobile is off, alarm notifications/photos are sent to email. This provides more security even if the cam is stolen - Add NVR integration to store recording, as alternative to SD Card storage.

Worst app. Can not connect to the camera using wifi. Connection to the server is failed. It shows the message "something went wrong. Try another method to connect". Fraud company. It will not work unless you buy their cloud service. Also the app is loaded with irritating ads. User interface is terrible. I am using dumbel cam. Both the cam and app company are fraud

Exvellent app and camera, intelligent and logic playback in app. Great nightvision, sound and wifi distance.Can watch on windows pc too, although saved locations, dont work, only show on app.

Unable to download playback. Its show must be connected on same Wlan. The camera and mobile are in the same networkand through ethernet cable still unable to download

The app gets worst after each update. The connection to the camera fails 80% of the time. You should seriously upgrade your server. I have been using this app for a few years now and this is the worst I've ever experienced.
