Auto mode on its terrible night vision makes it pretty useless at night when there are lights clearly on at night. Just switch it back to color mode, which has a 10 minute timer before switching back? Terrible, absolute Waste of money. Have to pay for each camera as well if you want to use the cloud services. I have 2 of the cameras that seem to only work with this app. I would prefer to never use this app ever again.

Ok so as for the layout of your app, it looks a bit cluttered and out of date. I have vision problems so to have all white backgrounds and lighter colored icons and controls, it's very hard for me to see. The camera movement response time is a bit late. The sound quality is clear but very quiet even with the audio amplified. I can't afford to purchase even the basic subscription bc you're prices are so high. The video quality however, is the best I have had. The camera IR randomly turns onandoff

I have to be honest and say my camera is great but the recording of events is broken using SD card or paying for the cloud. When triggered it is supposed to record footage on the cloud but it is so slow it has a tiny clip once the motion is gone. Not hopeful at all if something happens and you are hoping it is on video..

Everytime when I turn off cctv, after that turn on again then I check in apps and see all video record gone(SD Card show that my memory is 100% not been used) Other problem is my cctv will not record any video after 3 days above. To solve problem is I need tp use apps to restart the cctv but after restart all my video record is gone.

Honestly its ok not good but not bad. Reason I say this because before the update it was working fairly good but after update its giving me broken video not a smooth video like before. Or when your walking its giving like a delay then you could see your self walking fast like if its on fast forward.

Well this was waste of money , cant get into the app to check my camera due to the -USER AGREEMENT- and there is no where to click to agree what the hell!! Camera is coming down since it is USELESS NOW WASTED MY MONEY 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Was working perfectly but today the app has crashed and gives me error code 4002 telling me to check my network I have rebooted my internet I have rebooted the camera I have deleted the app and reinstalled I can no longer get in to the app

I bought cloud service and doesn't work, I sent a email to the developer and he doesn't answer so far. Waste of money. DON'T BUY

Works most of the times. UI is average. Issues persist though, from Adds randomly taking up a lot of space, to camera auto time being way out, to push notifications just stopping for no reason. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. Cheaper camera, cheaper software. But is still decently OK for what you pay - I guess.

I bought a camera and was prompted by the hardware to install software Carecam Pro and installation was all done. Suddenly my camera logged me out of the system indicating another phone has logged in and therefore I perform a reset on the hardware camera and try to set it up again but found more errors and prompted that my password needed to be changed. I keyed in my mobile phone number and request for verification code but all attempts to change password failed as their server is somehow corrupted and after several attempts!!!! The server prompt me that UNABLE TO REQUEST FOR VERIFICATION CODE! PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
