Terrible app! Haven't been able to book any activities yet. It keeps saying the activity is outside of our visiting period even though it isn't. Phone line is always engaged presumably because everyone is calling them as the app doesn't function properly. It also sometimes doesn't load our details. I have to keep logging in/out. The shows we wanted to see are now fully booked 2wks in advance. Something to be aware of before you book a stay if your kids are looking forward to a specific show.

Very poor considering Butlins have pushed all guests to use this. I can't book ANYTHING despite being directed here prior to our holiday to do so. No online or telephone help available. Update: after reinstalling the Android App I get the upgraded version. It regularly crashes (just freezes) and requires a phone restart. I haven't even started my holiday yet but need this App to book and gain entry to events. The Apple App seems to be more robust. But still not great. Very clunky.

Dreadful app and customer experience, been trying for days to book and get the same 'we are busy' message, even at 2am! If I can't get to do the activities I want when I get there I will be seeking a full refund!!!!!!

Terrible app. Took 1hr 30minutes to book activities which should have taken 5mins. Given the message "Sorry, your activity couldn't be booked. Please try again later." 10+ times before finally getting through to select a time, only for the said activity to be fully booked, or to be given the same message as before. We figured out in the end that this was due to only a few slots remaining for said times, though this was never made clear (a simple 'x remaining slots' could've clear this up).

This App is not even worth 1 star. It is an absolutely useless App. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. They take our money, but do not provide the back up. Very disappointed. We are not able to book the activities that we want. Very frustrated with the whole experience so far.

The app crashes all the time when you click on your e ticket. I have had to re-install it countless times. It is also very glitchy.

Everything seems to be booked already, can't find any info on booking our breakfasts. Managed to book 2 shows for our 3 day break. Rubbish!
