It was fantastic but now phone apps start not working if there is a VPN. It is frustrating having to figure out which do and don't. This has started in the last month. Seems to work great for standard processes on computer. However, having it on the phone was what I really needed. It can also take a while to get on a VPN server sometimes.

Right, so I got Bullguard antivirus on my pc and they gave me a free week of vpn to try out, man this works like a dream, takes 2 seconds, works flawlessly, doesn't effect anything negatively, i can access a range of sites in an instant, as well as videos and services that usually would be blocked in my area, such as American Netflix, anime sites, movies and games.

Good solid design of app relatively easy to use. My issue is this VPN is relatively expensive when comparing with other VPN that have more locations, less issues with connecting and reconnecting and more sever choices. Would like a few more features such as connect to new server within same location, this may help with VPNs being detected by third parties such as netflix I like keeping my country legit but want more protection, why not let me @netflix.

The industry hates a VPN connection, everything is done to make your life difficult, e.g. Alexa devices unavailable, can stream to your phone but forget about casting it to your TV, network printers disappear, no service on open networks but returns when you come out of VPN, desktop version having microsoft 'communication problems', etc. Not necessarily Bullguard's fault, but uninstalled because better off without it.

Paid £9.99 for a month subscription. Unable to get this to work and when I try and login with password and email, all I get is 'oops, something went wrong'! Pretty gash to be honest, please sort or send me a refund.

Please do not look at the rating when you consider purchasing this VPN. All the negative ratings are from people who think this VPN is free, or other ridiculous ultimatums. Simply buy a subscription (online there's discount), sign in, and boom. So far a flawless experience and rest assured you will be part of the most secure VPN out there. This app 100% protects by putting your data through other countries server's. My only beef would be that I have been with bullgaurd for a number of years on its premium internet security and think that its vpn should be part and package of a premium service... End of !. But I will say that both are indeed excellent and far worthy of 5 stars and more. * * * * * * *

Its too expensive and shortest subscription is 1 year. Why you do not have a subscription for 1 month? After your reply I checked the subscription options in Play Store and it only gives 1 year the shortest subscription. There no 1 month subscription.

21Apr2020: I wish it could be used effectively within my trusted home Wi-Fi network. 10May2020: BG VPN completely masks my device(phone) from my home network and affects my ability to connect to my home-networked devices, including to print when connected to my home Wi-Fi, which also serves my hp printer 🖨️.
