It's very fast. Doesn't disconnect automatically, and that was a problem I had with other VPNs. Even when I close the application in the task manager, the app keeps running and stays connected: nice. I got the lifetime subscription, and with all he privacy issues going on right now this is a great investment. Very stable app. I also have it on windows, no problem streaming HD videos. Thank you.

New update allows access to school network blocking. But now the app crashes, and the VPN disconnects. Have automatic connection on wifi on, and it fails to connect about 80% of the time. Download, and Upload are above 100MB not bad. Still even though it's a VPN you have to pay for it needs a lot of improvement.. Hope they actually do something.

After complaining about the app no longer working since the latest update was released I was contacted by Keep Solid and was asked to change a protocol setting. Default setting was automatic which seems like it should find a workable protocol but I found an individual protocol that does work so we're good to go now. Thanks for the quick response!

(I'm a long time coder) Last update's a DISASTER: On Android boot, it hangs & kills wifi on many devices I have (Samsung phones, tablets Chromebooks, TV boxes etc). Launching app hangs on load. Even slower than previously. Windows version feedback: Everytime Windows goes to Sleep or Hibernates, afterwards it gives"Connection Error" popup box. Very unprofessional. + Make Android season load time for app faster, too slow P.S. Thanks for reply & also DARK MODE is a MUST nowadays.

Very very slow to launch takes 45 seconds to launch the app, and another 14 seconds to connect to nearby servers. Update: changing 1 star to 4 stars. working good now.. must be the software update? Update: From 4 back to 1 Star. From bad to worst. launching this app is like playing russian roulette.sometime quick, most times it takes FOREVER, literally. And when you connect to a vpn server, it intermittently disconnects you..very UNSAFE and UNPROTECTIVE

Very slow. Not interested in purchasing it any more. Even though the load shows 30%, once am on that server cannot even search anything on playstore. Uninstalling this and will look for something better.

I continue to get "invalid or empty request parameters" after trying to login and filling my information out, which leads me to believe this app doesn't work properly even when payed for.

Adding devices never works. Removing devices is a poor trick to try to force you to buy unnecessary slots. VPN speeds are slow. Very poor CX.
