Literally crashes all the time making it unusable around the property half the time, if you don't have reception like in a garage it won't work for you. I miss the days when a regular key was used to open doors. Great idea when it's just a key fob unless the power is out, but when so many factors have to go right for you to get around it becomes less practical. What if the phone dies or is lost? Can't get around to your home. This is good as a contingent option but shall never be a primary use

I rarely ever rate apps however this app was excrutiatingly infuriating.. After 5 minutes of using Brivo, found a 'bug/glitch' where reach a point in the app where the back or done buttons do not work and only solution is to hard close and reopen the app. Majority of apps have this basic and essential function and was hoping the first couple times ran into this issue that was a fluke. Sadly it is not a fluke and is tedious having to constantly close and reopen the app. Please fix this issue!

Works his promised. Pain in the neck to have it to keep pulling your phone out to open doors. For example, you run to the bathroom but you leave your phone on your desk. Used to have an NFC card in my wallet but then my wallet's always in my pocket on the old system. For this to be effective it needs to be geofence Dr.

Very, very buggy. Sure you can change icons/colors... to a weirdly limited set, but the submit button doesn't work and the app somehow is disabling the phone's back button so you have to force close the app to get out of that screen.. same for settings and others.

Crashes on startup when Fluid Access is used. Have to reset the app and reissue the mobile pass. Every couple of days. What a pain!

Slow and bulky, requires too many permissions, but opens my.front door;) Still requires way too many permissions, but at least the made it faster and more friendly. 1 up

Worthless. Doesn't work half the time to begin with. Then when you update the app get locked out of all doors entirely.

My credentials erased from the app automatically a day after I used the email invite to setup my account now I can't get in my gate.. Can't use the same invite after its been used. Thanks.. Terrible app

Crashes everytime I try and open it Edit: still terrible 2 months later. Crashed 200 times in a row. This app is a joke.

I can't close the app with back botton, the widget doesn't work, app consumes battery a lot and the features are very very basic
