It could be perfect, but the way the App is programmed is to scam their own customers. When a customer wants to recharge $5, the $5 slips and replaced by $10, to have the customer charge themselves $10 instead of $5 unwillingly. Also the button of the Automatic Charge gets switched to be (ON) randomly and without any pre-authorization of the customer. It is just a direspectfull behavior and unjustified disgusting nasty greedy desire.

I recommend avoiding using any bank account number with Boss Revolution until they can provide competent customer service. Have been using this application for a couple of years now. Tried to send top up minutes to a phone number in the Dominican Republic. The application showed an error, so I went and retried it. Went through the second time around, but my debit card got charged twice. I called the support number and a lady named Jenni said that the doubled charged should be taken care of in about 3 days. 5 days later the doubled charge still in my account. Today I tried to resolve the issue with their support service and a lady said that they can't do anything since this was an international phone number. Really? After minutes of pleading with her to please try to find a solution I spoke to a supervisor, who said that there is nothing they can do. How is this possible? There are two debits on my account for the same transaction. This is nothing less than third world customer service and they should be avoided when it comes to financial transactions.

Very poor. They can't even fix a little problem they have on my account. every time i call a customer service will say they eill open a resolution but nothing seems to work. I will not recommend them to any of my friends. Poor communication problem.

Love this app I called my parents and Europe every week and without it it would be so expensive, no disconnects very clear to hear who you are talking to. Definitely recommend it!!!

It a great service. Easy access recharge. Just wish it could be a one time torch dial (speed dial)and advertising when trying to make a quick emergency call.

Please dont download this application. It can frustrate you. They claim they have processed my refund which was a lie. So devastating. Neber to use it again. Costumer service the worst i ve ever experienced.
