1. STATE pin not used anymore. Heartbeat signal used to detect connect / disconnect

Description
BlueCArd is a fully 3D printed open source indoor RC car. The brain of the card is an Arduino Nano compatible micro-controller and remote controlled through Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
My aim building this car was to make it very easy to build and as cheap as possible. That is why the car uses only standard elements and a mobile phone as a remote control.
The fine location permission is needed to search for Bluetooth devices. Without this permission the RC car can't be found!
