1. STATE pin not used anymore. Heartbeat signal used to detect connect / disconnect
2. END byte removed, command now consists of header and parameters. Header fields (3 bytes) :
* START (0x1)
* COMMAND
* Num of parameters
WARNING! This version is not compatible with older Arduino sketch. If you update the app you have to update the Arduino sketch also!
