Update* if you want to use this app use your credit or debit card. Charge back was my only help. My recent experience ended with me getting banned from their telegram group where every time you post someone tried to defraud you. They charged nearly 5% for me to buy XLM and they didnt send the funds to coinbase for 10 days all the time I was contacting support asking why is my send request pending Soon as I filled a charge back with my bank they sent the funds 10 days later - 20% value. Bad

All fine until you move your funds to Bitpanda. As soon as you want to withdraw, even though you had to go through a KYC process, you are asked to prove every single transaction you ever made on the platform. I used Bitpanda for 3 years and it is impossible to find every transaction ever because wallets and services change constantly in the industry. Even after providing payment slips of my employer, tax declaration, etc. they refused to accept my withdrawal request. What a joke.

It goes offline whenever you close the app which is really stupid when your trying to verify yourself , because i had to keep resending the code i had to many resend attempts and now im blocked for an hour 😂😂 really stupid that the app goes offline, alot of people dont have text message notifications on so i have to go off to check for the code, and to block it for an hour is also ridiculous

Absolutely awful and troublesome! Tried several times to deposit fiat but nothing doing! I now have three pending payments and three "waiting" payments, though over the hours nothing progresses. There's a message saying transaction errors are being corrected but that appears every time. There is no available help, only boring FAQs that have nothing to do with this problem. Not even the "avatar" works to allow me to verify my identity again. Terribly frustrating!

Since an update the app refresh itself often. Its impossible to scroll down transaction History (for example Best), refresh take you to beginning very fast. Please fix or make an option to disable automatic refresh!

It keeps saying ' we are fixing a problem displaying the balance..' please fix it once for all as it is quite annoying. Its been like that for ages now, are the Devs fixing this? Other than that, app and idea is very good, although is quite slow .Will change my rating once the app gets a bit of TLC.

This app doesn't seem to work right. I've tried my password and even reset it a few times. I try to log in then it says verify you are not a robot but nothing happens after. Being trying to log back in but no look and I have money in the account.

Never saves the security pin. Which means I have to type a four number code anytime I want to do something because the damn app doesn't save anything. It also doesn't save my favourites, and when I try to favourite a crypto, the filter goes back to all without me touching anything. Fix your damned app please
