Everything is fine with offers and even grofers is always my preference for groceries but what disappoints me is that either you don't have the required quantity or else you will not have those products. And most of the time, with no option left i need to scroll for other options. It will be better if you try to add all quantities in the products that you have and try to increase the products. So that we don't need to scroll somewhere else and will get everything in the one place.

I am pretty satisfied with Grofers delivery and commitment. Now the same turning in hateful due to frustration on your chat bot. Which is useless , awkward and annoy. Who ever introduced this feature, that guy don't have a brain at all or seeking Grofers down fall. He don't know what we need to give. It is not providing an option to chat or communicate with an agent. I already lost patience and if this continues I will disconnect from Grofers. Customers need to interaction not torcher.

Have been using it for the past few months. Great discounts! The products are of good quality. The only issue is that many products aren't always available. The product range is now improved. It would be good if they make sure products are always available. Good customer support. I once made a call that a product wasn't delivered and they quickly responded by refunding the amount. Looking forward to shop with them again!

Good but could be even more better if u add more items as it is most of the items are missing from list u have given for eg baby accessories but only toothpaste is available in that category but in the image u show that there is feeder bottles don't show image that u don't provide or else improve Ur app n add more items to it like the other applications has

My phone was just not working so when I gave to repair this app got deleted now all the money in wallet is not available even after login and also the money in smart bachat club. If we Chat they don't allow us to type they just want to hear what is the most relevant problems . A complete disappointment even after such a great service

Your app and website for a user account is not in sync. I have added few items to my cart and I can't see them via my app login. I had to add them all over again. Same is happening with Orders. Orders placed via app are not synced with website and vice-versa. This is very irritating. Please pass this feedback to your developer team to fix this asap.

You can add filters too like for edible items if we want 1l/kg pack or 5kg pack like that. It would be more convenient rather than go through the whole list. Love your products and delivery. Grofers own product quality is also gud and cheaper too. You can also create a type of wishlist or a list of temporary items we want. And if there's any decrease in price or so, if you can get kind of a notification that'll be also a great help.

I am using this application since a year almost. Day by day many things improved. I like coupon code and offers display on home screen itself. Just couple of improvement can make more better experience. One is out of stock items can't be searched. Second there js no wishlist. There should be provision of wishlist or monthly purchase bag so that user can just add product in it and recurring purchase can be made in one click.

I would have rate this app as 0!The worst customer service ever.When trying to connect with their chat support it keep asking stupid questions.Over the mail also they don't assist.Recently i purchased SBC membership as the cashback was to be provided in the grofers cash.They changed their T&C afterwards and credited rs 449 to orange cash which is of no use.Customer care admitted it was technical glitch but now not adjusting my money.Don't take any offers from grofers,they betray by changing T&C.

Material that is supplied is good. App navigation is good. Discounts and schemes are infact one of best comparing to any other shoping space. I tried this for a test but now I am using this regularly. I recommend don't fear and use it. Again products are being sourced from better third part manufacturers and not from very local manufacturers. Good app but now deteriorating service. They stated selling NEAR EXPIRY ITEMS as PUSH ITEMS. After the complaints, Grofers executives will say about return/refund. How can a person can return stale/opened packets/half used packets/served and then realised about its quality. So Grofers should apply their practical mind, rather the marketing mind of return and refund. So its not the solution. Better is PUT THE EXPIRY DATE OF BEST BEFORE DATE ABOUT PERISHABLE ITEMS LIKE PANEER, MILK, SWEETS etc.

Overall is good, but there are some bugs/glitches. One such example is that we are not able to use some coupons/points. Rest is undefinable through chat. Please check your gmail as I already mailed you and give a response too.

Impossible to chat with customer support on the app. I'm only presented with (a lot of) auto generated questions, and when it's finally time when to chat with a real person, the whole process starts from step 1.

There is no customer care number for faster resolution of queries and issues. Chat option does not work at all, it gives only automated replies. Number must be provided. Rest is good.

Would have given zero stars.. Havent had a problem with this app till now, but the customer service is downright appalling, no means whatsoever to connect to an execute, poorest service provided and no absolute respect for customer schedules. Avoid this app and go for the other options out there.

Most daily essentials are not available and they don't have active customer support. On trying to connect with their chat support, they keep bombarding you with stupid irrelevant questions till the time you're frustrated to your wits end and just throw your phone away. Bad app. If you add items and you change you location your cart will be empty. You have to add all items again. Bad service. App says items delivered but it is not delivered. Even Grofers guys have no clue about it. Then they fund your amount which is again not the full amount you paid. Really bad experience with Grofers.

There's a win-win points offer but has very few options to use the points. The new app asking unnecessarily for my location instead of just login screen after resetting data for app refresh issue. Need to correct it.

It was my first experience with grofers... the item were well packed & of good quality...i saved a lot of money too! Very satisfied..but i think it should have more varity of items to choose from plus lots of items were not available at grofers

Discounts are good but most of the popular products are not available in App. They are trying to promote their in-house products more and making sure that the customer will not have a choice, but to buy only them, which is not correct. They have to also work primarily on searching the content, some times it won't return the items.

The worst app as there is always technical issue while applying the promo code and the worst customer care services as there team cannot do anything they will just say we can't do anything you have to wait. And with the worst delivery system as firstly they missed the delivery by day and they keep on postponing the delivery; there executives kept telling lie that the product will be delivered today again and again and at the end of day they confirmed that they are not able to deliver today.

It's been more than 3 hours..still no one took any initiative to understand what is happening? No calls no proper response on people will takes ages to respond and no one has so much of patience to sit for an hour to wait for your response and then you will respond saying that issue has been resolved.. are you serious guys without knowing what is the can you respond like that .... seriously such a awful service. Will request not to use their services any more.

Its really helpful in the busy schedule. This app give all the products in the lowest price with lots of discount schemes but still need some improvement to make it much better.

The service is very good. But sometimes the item gets out of stock after we book it. Please add more products to choose. BB has wide range of products as well as option for fruits and vegetables.

Stay aware. Worst app ever. There is option of placing 4 live orders but when you place 4 live orders you will identified as merchant and your account will be blocked and you will never access your account and your money will be returned in grofers cash and without login you loss your money stay aware . I placed 4 live orders my account is blocked and I loss my orange cash of 1700 and money. I cannot see which orders are cancelled and how much money is refunded. Loss 250 of 6 month membership.

Well I am using this app since the time grofers was a small start-up not a unicorn. But as it's growing bigger and bigger , service support is becoming more and more pathetic . Just some chat bots will respond to u or customer service representative will reply after 10 mins and if u don't reply within 30 secs chat window will be closed. Seriously in this era of extreme competition such type of support is not expected . Anyway I had enough of this . Done with this app.

11 Oct 2019- No resolution to my complaint of unjust rejection of my SBI Card by Grofers (this very same card was used on Grofers since more than 2 years). Grofers Orangecash is a sham scheme. I paid using SBI Card, I tried to pay using HDFC card, both were declined. And worst thing is- poor customer service. This new Orange Cash which allows only 10% redemption is too meagre. Because companion bank offers are scarce. No one can have so many bank cards to avail the discount.

Very good application for groceries. One suggestion, can you implement local language keywords (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada names)also for searching products. That'll make it much easier to search products.

It is really good if you don't want to go outside but it is a need,then this app is very helpful. Compared to other stores this app gives about 50% discount. So installing it is worth it.

1.Poor customer service 2. No proper response on mail as well as on call 3. I spent 449rs on club membership and it was written that I will get "grofer cash" but got orange cash as cashback. Customer service has agreed that their was technical glitch but money is gone now. This is literally a betrayal to customers. Now i am not getting any further support for this. Please don't follow any offers on this app. This app can change terms and conditions any time.

takes lot of time to load. cleaning app data or app cache everytime is not feasible neither it helps load faster. The issue is not only my phone but on couple of other handsets too.

Why is my location unserviceable when it is clearly mentioned on the home page that deliveries are available for Vadodara? Also, it is not just my location but any location in Vadodara altogether. I think this is very misleading. If services aren't available, those are better not mentioned. It is a waste if time.

The chat support is really stupid and so are the delivery guys. I ordered some items from grofers but one of the items is missing from cart. When I'm trying to connect with customer support, that chatbot is not helpful at all, neither that delivery guy listened to us while he delivered our products. I don't know what to do and where to go regarding that item that is not delivered. I have been a loyal customer but this is the worst experience. Never going to use this app again.

If the payment is not cash then grofers demand the CVV number or any more but how can one give the CVV number where as the Bank says don't disclose this. So I request to you to ask only the mode of payment whether it is cash or debit card. I have, only this reason, not given the CVV number though I wanted my payment through cards. Please consider this point for all.

Pathetic customer support system...they dont hav any option to directly contact with an agent in case of any need.... They use robotic scripts which of no use.. even agents are not helpful .. they just copy and paste scripts without even understanding the concern... Never going to use it again..

Sometime before u gave points on every purchase, which we can use in either purchasing of any item or take 6 months membership, I had used it in 6 months membership benefit system.. . But u didn't give me this offer till now.. . Instead of giving.. . U ask me to recharge ur membership.. . I can't understand. . . Than why you give any offer.. . Pls don't give any offers.. . Quality of the product is incredibly good not only in terms of packing but also in supplying latest product keeping into consideration the expiry date. In case your not happy with the product then you can return the same. Delivery is without shadow of doubt is damn quick. Need to work on a bit on customer support as many a time couldn't able to speak to customer care executive even after waiting period of 10 mins.

Service needs improvement. The printed invoice does not include the wallet discount.There is no contact# available for queries or complaints.Chat options cover limited range of enquiries. Packaging is not good ,hence risky to buy fragile items.

Update : So it is a scam, no refund. Deserve zero stars! Do not make the mistake of installing this app !!! Don't fall for all the offers, they are all gimmicks. Ordered chocolates from Grofers, and what a big mistake that was. All the chocolates are melted and the packaging has an oily residue on it , yuck !!! And to top it all, customer care chat from within the app doesn't work and always disconnects as soon as you select quality issues with order. Looks like a scam ! Avoid, like the plague !

been a customer from the very start. everything is good. but damn your customer support is bad. firstly i cant directly chat to the person. i have to click on various options and talk to a chatbot which is just pathetic. then when i connect to a person. they dont reply instantly. its a chat for gods sake not a sms service. the title of that page says 'chat with us'. how is this a chat if you guys are taking hours to reply back. chat is supposed to be instantaneous.

Just gets the basics done, that's it. No ability to sync cart between desktop, mobile app and mobile sites. No option to save items in cart for later purchase, only option is to delete the item and add the item back later. When availing offers cannot use a saved card and apply promo code, need to re-enter the card details again, defeats one of the purposes of saving the card details. Really need address these basic features at the earliest.

I am not able to use the app from last few failes to show me payment page.also the cart in my mobile and website are not sync so I had to add all the items again to order items from web site.

Grofers is my all time favorite, the only feedback i want to give add more and more variety, there are many of our needs which are not here, but u can make a seperate section in which u should not guarantee for lowest price, if someone is ok with the prices them they buy else wont... Baki items to lowest price par hai hi, abhi 90% humara kaam yaha ho jata hai 2,3 items bachi jo yaha nahi milti, ab unko baahar lene kon jaaye..

The app is good and the overall product collection is good as well but I am dissatisfied with the customer service. They kind of delivered the wrong item which is fine though, it happens sometimes but when I asked to replace it basically they agreed to replace it on chat but I only got a pick up service and the amount was refunded to my wallet. I ordered it again but I was charged with delivery charges again despite it being their fault. Also for every single process, I'd have to wait a day.

Smooth and hassle free. But this app is not displaying the rates multiplied by no. of units for easy tallying.

You can add some gifts and products like utensils, furnishing sets, gift sets and dining sets etc in win win points except these discount offers on oyo, vlcc etc. So that we can redeem our points for good offers or products.

Fake promotions, like hdfc250, with not much T & C written. And when we try to use it, it says card isn't eligible. Tried 3 different HDFC cards. Limited quantity of products available. App performance is slow too. Was satisfied with 1st order and bought membership with it, which is now not useful due to above mentioned issues. Customer care wasn't able to resolve either. Please fix it

Where I will raise my complaints, I could not find any point of contact number in your app? Chat bot is not enough to answer all my questions and complaint. Why you people force to update the app? Dont you think it is customer choice to upgrade or remain with same?

App is good but cart is not session specific, if l login to one mobile and add some items and went to another mobile added item didn't reflected. Another issue is I have added the items in my cart but as GOBD started all item went away from the Cart and I need to spend time again to add them in the cart. I have few suggestions :- 1. It would be cool feature if you allow user to add and modify the items when the order is in package phase and accordingly user can pay the amount as well.

Poor chat support and pathetic website full of bugs.. promo codes doesn't work if used along with their orange cash.. payment is success but each time they show payment failed.. cart items doesn't update in their server.. delivery slots are useless.. day by day they are reducing the inventory of other brand products.. indirectly forcing us to purchase their home products. Total user experience - 2/5. feels cheated most of the time.. You can just save some money on cost of your mental peace.

Amazing app for ordering grocery with good quality food sometimes product got out dated then they will easily resolve with cashback.

Very bad experience with the app. I placed an order for 1 year subscription via my android phone. the transaction didn't go through. Then I placed the same order via web , which happened successfully. after few hours. I recieved a notification that the transaction which I placed via phone, that went successful. I tried the support chat, they dont respond in time either. when they respond, they say order cant be cancelled. I wanted my refund for 1 order, as it is duplicate. still not got it.

I have purchased VIP Pass in last week, now I have tried to save VIP deals , ask me to purchase VIP Pass of 50 again. Please note this and apdate in my dash board, There's customer support page on dash board, but when I have tried to open that page, it's always blank. How can I complain to customer support. Your app is very slow I have a very nice and good connectivity but it always show not conntected after three or four try able to use this is really frustrating. They reschedule order by their own with out any prior information and zero customer support. Customer care number unreachable always. I wish I could give 0 stars but their is no option.
