We used the app for the bike sharing in Trieste. The app worked quite well, it's quite easy and the customer centre that we contacted via phone was also quite good and solved our problem very fast.

It doesn't work properly, in Trieste it gives the wrong number of bicycles and it is a gamble to get it works properly. I meant, you can rent but you can unlock it. Or even doesn't connect to your account. The worst part, this app is the only option. Anyway, if you can afford at least a second hand bicycle, it will be more reliable than this app.

Does not work properly in Trieste, from my experience of this service usually three things could happen: 1. Unlocking a wrong stage number, sometimes a stage that does not have any bike!! 2. Attemping to unlock but stage's lock is broken so you cannot take the bike 3. The bike is broken and not possible to use. Many bugs in your software system..
