Very bad app. Doesn't deserve even single star. Activation is always a headache. Needed to reset the device. After reinstallation of the app, sent verification sms from registered mobile number at least 15 times. sms charges deducted but reply is always the same. "8006:Unable to process" & it's not the 1st time. They have the same excuse always. If you are unable to maintain then stop making such app.. And don't ask for device info/screenshot because I know my device & your maintenance ability..

I recd a sms from you yesterday. I was asked to uninstall the app. Reinstall it again as some new features are added. I followed your instructions and now my app is not getting registered. "I am getting message , '8006:unable to log', try after some time. Please look into the matter.

I've Android 10 on my mobile. After downloading this app, it keeps on showing an error " please update this app" everytime keeps on rolling without moving forward. How can bank release an official app without complete testing. Being an official app, developed by bank itself, this is not at all acceptable and expected. Need to resolve ASAP.

worst app after update. after auto detection of otp it says "fail" "otp lenth doesn't match" what the hell it is? it has space of 4 digit otp and even typing it manually the same error appears, can't see any balance nor any transactions due to this not able to change mpin. worst experience.....

I am unable to to activate the app after changing from 3 g sim to 4 g .....all I'm doing is sending SMS after being redirected but it's keeps saying can't activate and just stops .... absolutely disappointing ....why create apps when they are not going to function....such a waste of time....and then we are tld we provide so called services

Don't know 🙄 whats wrong with this app? Old version was good but this version is so irritative. Always show, your bank is not registered with upi and if your transaction done to try again n again then app show your transaction failed but they deducted your money from your bank... Too bad experience with dena upi

Not able to verify my registered mobile number to activate the service. There is no processing after sending the Sms... Please fix it on priority to avoid this problem. Last update was much better but this time most people i know facing this issue.

I don't know why you people make apps when you cannot keep it updated. While resetting mpin through forgot mpin option, I m getting error as invalid OTP length where is OTP is auto detected.

My mobile numbers outgoing service was stop for 1 day after that i was told to login again but i am unable to start the app again it is showing error or showing try after sometime, i have tried at least 10 times and each time Rs 1.50 is debited from my mobile balance.

Worst bank service. Unable to connect through UPI. Error message incorrect OTP. Soon this bank will be closed due to the type of service it provide. Poor People.
