OTP will be sent to the customer for initial registration and device binding.The SIM card of registered mobile number should be present in app installed device to make any payments. App working well after updating to 2.0 All the features working seamlessly. Reason for giving 4 star is, UPI id registered in previous version is not fetching and we have to create new UPI id. Everyone wants to use their first id, it will be better if we can use the id created in previous version.

Pls provide option to fetch VPA created in previous version. Starting page shows default VPA as mobNo.@iob. Cancel option here is not working. As my previously used VPA linked to same Mob No. is shown as not available,, I would like to decide later on my VPA. The app should permit to proceed with default VPA.

App processing is slow comparative to other UPI available.. if the processing can be enhanced , it will be great application just like iob mobile banking app... It is great app to work ... Easy n efficient

Very useful app. I have transfer some money from app, it shows transaction is declined but account debited. Due to this loss occurred and payment made twice.

Unable to select the bank for default payment sucks not at all working same as iob internet banking app it never works
