I've downloaded this app a million times, trying all the updates and it never works. It asks me to register but freezes when I try to enter any letters. Haven't been able to watch anything. what a complete failure. I thought the bein media group was a bit more serious in its attempt to be a major player in the sports media market, but apps like this one on the playstore show that its lightyears behind Espn, NBC and other media companies.

The worst streaming I have ever seen in my life. The error messages doesn't provide solutions. Also always you'll face new issues, now the digital stream is so bad, before it was black screen, before of that no load the stream. Actually I couldn't see the matches that I paid for it here. It literally the worst streaming app. And you will never receive an apologize for the inconveniences of an user faces

"Experiences technical difficulties" most of the time. Almost every time when the app is opened to attemp to stream an event, it shows that error. It's almost dredding opening the app as you almost certainly will experience frustrations. Tried logging out and uninstalling the app and still the same thing. Commercials ALWAYS stream fine though, EVERY SINGLE TIME, no problems streaming their commercials.

One day it stopped working. Now, after uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling multiple times, it still doesn't work. Ive got a Samsung 8+ on the latest Android version. Even so whenever I try to view a live game I get a repeating error message: "We are experiencing a technical issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again in a few minutes." Worthless.

This is the worst streaming app ever! It keeps telling me it's my first time logging in even though it isn't. Then when I try to sign in it gives me an error message saying, " invalid parameters missing provider id" but there is no field to even put the provider information this app is a complete joke. Can't wait for someone else to buy the rights to La Liga. I also tried signing into bein sports connect via the internet and not the app and that was a failed attempt as well doesn't work. We don't even have an option just have to deal with it. Bein Sports is straight garbage.

Cant even get past the sign in screen. the whole tab starts flickering in and out whenever I try to input my personal info. Judging from the negative reviews, it seems Bein doesnt care, which says a lot about the company and how they view their customers. Just remember, u will lose your contract at some point, when it's up for renewal, and I hope its given to someone else who respects their customers

I am editing my review to say that while support for this app is still non existant, the app has been working better lately. I'm not saying it's perfect, but their up time is getting better. If you ever run into a problem with this app, here is what to do: go to your settings and clear all data for the app (clearing just the cache is not enough, you have to clear all data). Then uninstall the app. Restart your phone and re-install the app. Re-enter your credentials. This should clear up a lot of issues, but obviously does not cure the problem of their service being down, which happens from time to time. I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

Bein should be ashamed at such a service. Streams constantly drop. Resolution frequently drop to 240p! Such a horrible service. It causes more frustration than anything else

This app used to work, but now I can't sign in with my provider. After I enter my password its taking me back to the log in page. Please fix it. EDITED 1-7-19 I just find out what was the problem. I had too many devices linked with this account, old phone, couple of tablets... and it only let you have 5 of them. You need to log in on the computer on bein sports connect web site and remove devices that you don use. You can do this only on the web site, not on the app.

It has been several months since this app does not work for my android phone. It keeps looping the same message: " We are experiencing a technical issue, sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again in a few minutes." What is the point of this app being in the play store if it's not compatible with android phones?? Do not waist your time downloading this app. It just does not work!
