Description

From the listing uploaded by “appupdater”.

Fitivity gets you better. Looks like you’re here to get better at finishing close to the basket. This app includes over 150+ different finishes and drills that will help you score more in the lane. These workouts put a tremendous emphasis on footwork and technique. During these workouts you will encounter finishing in the following categories: - Floaters - Opposite hand layups - Finger rolls - Jump stops - Up and unders - Body control drills - Euro steps - Helicopter moves - MUCH MUCH MORE! Driving the lane does not mean anything if you cannot be a threat finish near the hoop. This program includes powerful finishes, but also puts an emphasis on softer, craftier, and more creative ones. There are a variety of finishes that can give you the space needed to get off a good shot against ANY defender - learn them using this app! In addition to your weekly workouts, try out Fitivity BEATS! Beats is a highly engaging exercise experience that combines mixes by DJ's and super motivating trainers to push you through workouts. • Audio guidance from your personal digital trainer • Customized workouts designed for you each week. • For each workout you are provided with HD instructional videos to preview & learn training techniques. • Stream workouts online or do workouts offline.
