Seit ein paar Tagen lädt die App nicht mehr, ich komme zwar auf die Startseite mit den zuletzt eingegebenen Routen aber "die Verbindung zum Server kann nicht hergestellt werden". Ich habe bereits versucht, die App neu zu installieren, das hat nicht funktioniert. Bitte behebt dieses Problem schnellstmöglich, die App ist sonst unbrauchbar! Davor klappte alles gut, und die App war verlässlich...

Hey ganz ehrlich liebe BVB, warum zum Geier habt ihr die vorher funktionierende App gegen diesen Müll ausgetauscht? die Positionserkennung funktioniert nicht, ab und zu befindet man sich in eeeewigen Ladeschlaufen, Abstürtze, die Liste könnte noch ewigs weiter gehen. Vielleicht nächstes Mal dem Management weniger Spesenvergütung für teure Weihnachtsessen und in die App investieren ;) dann kommt ihr auch noch im 2018 an

Schlicht eine unbrauchbare Katastrophe!! GPS/Addresse als Start und Station als Ziel und er geht via Taxi nach DE und zurück???!!!!!! Stationen auf Karte nicht ersichtlich??

From any central Basel stop to the local Airport (Euroairport) shows only routes via France that take 50+ minutes. Web browser shows Basel bus/tram routes that take 15 minutes. Hopeless.

But I would have appreciated an explanation what those red +6, +9, +10 are? My guess was that it's an indicator to how late the bus is running. But it can't be that the whole page is full of +7 and +14. I can't use the app if I'm confused about when the bus/tram is gonna be there. Tip: When you add new features, show the users a window explaining the new feature.
