Don't worry too much about "doing better" or "being better". This app helps you build awareness around your bad choices, so that you automatically tend to make fewer in time. It's a different way to break bad habits. With each bad choice, log what you chose, and the thoughts urging you on. Track your choices over time, and discover trends and patterns; also find correlation with other events in your life. Features: Quickly log bad choices. Super short on time? Fill in the details later. Log daily events -- you can also trend these over time, and discover ties with your bad choices. Analyze your bad choice history, with optional filters for thoughts and choice items. Trend it against any of your daily event's history. Automatic calculation of correlation between bad choices and daily events. Even if usage is spotty, analysis still maintains reasonable accuracy. Customize choice items and thoughts according to your own habits. Sample data is provided so you can experiment with functionality as a new user. In-app purchase is donation only. Privacy info: The app's data is stored only in the app's private storage, on the local device only, though it gets backed up to Google Drive if backups are enabled. After looking at several other similar applications, I'm very pleased with this one. It's especially useful to me to be able to track numbers of incidents per day, rather than only whether or not it occurred on a given day, like so many other apps. Minor quibbles and suggestions for improvement: I wish the widget was smaller (1x1) and 2) there is a problem with widget in that it gets inactivated frequently (even though I've set Android to not turn it off).

I really like the potential of this app! It was clearly developed with good sense and a clear goal, and I love how simple but detailed and customisable it is. The fact that there are no predatory elements (ads, annoying things you can't edit, etc) are a rare and important benefit! This makes me hope that it will be updated in the future. The underlying functionality is there, but the main issue is UI/making it clear exactly how to do things. Some screens are a bit dense/tricky to understand.

I have the app for a couple of hours, I ran through it, and this is the first app, where I myself looked up the review page to give 5 star! Great concept, straightforward implementation, and a nobel incentive, thank you! Private and ad free. One thing though, I was sure I will find a widget with a huge bad choice button to put it on the home screen. Do you plan a feature like this? Hopefully not much effort and will make it a bit easier to log and a bit harder to sweep things under the carpet.

Would be nice if the graph included days where you didn't log anything, not even the end-of-day report (I personally can't be bothered filling that out). Otherwise great app!

I think it is good, except my 1st logging of events proved for me to be trigger happy w the keyboard and accidentally saved data that wasnt correct-now I cant figure out how to delete this 1st day and start over.
