I am sure this game was adapted from an iPhone app, because it is clunky to use on my android tablet. The friend I play with has an iPhone and her method of play is much smoother. I wish we could choose different colors for our letters so we would know who played what, and that the scores would stay up during play so it's obvious what your opponent has played. I play Words With Friends and it's much more user-friendly on an android. I love playing scrabble though.

I paid for the premium version, but now I can't choose to watch a video to use the word confirm feature. I was hoping to only get rid of the repetitive ads between each turn (which occasionally still appear). Now I must pay more to use a feature that was free to use before. Very frustrating. Wish I'd saved my money. It's ruined the game for me. I've contacted the developer for a refund and will update my rating if resolved.

A pretty good implementation of a word game in that it has few ads (apart from for its own systems) but you have to pay for features that are free elsewhere such as word validation and knowing how many points you'll score...and that is super expensive (almost £10 a month!). Unless you have friends who only play this one, stick to Scrabble or Words With Friends. The ads are painful but they can be avoided ;-).

I've been playing Aworded/Word Crack for years. It's fun. But what frustrates me a lot is that words are counted as valid that are no correcty spelled words. Expressions like ATP, INH, FH, JS or NC are abbreviations at best, but certainly no valid (German) words. (I play mostly in German). Players knowing those cheats have an advantage over those that do not. About 2 years ago, the above examples would not have been accepted by the app! Could you please check your spell checker?

I paid for the game without adds, and I had to reset my phone. Well when I put my game back in, the same game with the same ppl, I have adds again. So if my phone expelled games when its reset or cut off, what have you, doesn't that $2.95 I pay without adds count? Cuz that's messed up. My understanding is that it's a one time pay. I'm very upset. BEVERLY WYKEL.

It is fun to play until the cheats turn up. Then you are playing against the internet, as they search for bizarre words, often from hundreds of years ago.. Like playing golf with someone who takes a gimme just for getting on the green. I mean, why would you? Well, you wouldnt. But at least here you can block the cheats once you find them out. Maybe it needs 2 games here, 1 for those who want to use wordsearch, and an 'honesty box' game, for those players who never would.scrabble rules apply!

The game itself is good, but with the paid version (ads free?) still you have ads, that is not correct.

  8. Drew Davenport-avatar

needs a button so you can go from one game to the next instead of leaving back to the main screen. it needs a NEXT button added

Fun game to play with friends to pass the time with. Love the ad free one time pay. Most apps should have this option.

Would be nice to sllow multiple languages in a single game. It would be cool to mix English, French and Spanish for multilingual players.
