Review for payment feature, which is is a "bait and switch". I have a post billpay branded invoice with a barcode, but the app will not allow scanning. Apparently I am supposed to physically visit and pay in physical cash?! Even though it's the 21st century and we're in covid times too. The auspost website does not disclose this requirement.

Actually a well made app. The majority of apps made by large corporations are dysfunctional and dont work 90% of the time. This one is different - it actually works and has a user friendly interface. No complaints at all, just very suprised lol

Lucky to get 1 star as the option for zero is not there. I like the app and tracking information, that side is good. The problem with the app is you see that your parcel has been sitting in a corner of a warehouse for weeks and weeks. It then just turns up! Service and feedback at the moment is awful. my advice is order in July for a Christmas delivery.

Not a bad app but a few suggestions. Add the ability to lodge a lost item form within the app. Why aren't the from and to addresses visible once the items are processed? This app still needs work.

Not much difference to other tracking websites. It's so hard to make a complaint and/or contacting customer service. No detailed information, just the "delay" message. There is no point downloading this app. It's purposed built to collect your information and that's it. Uninstalling and deleting my Au Post account

The 'Leave packages' option should have a place where you can type something specific, not all homes are the same. Other than that the app itself is easy to use and much better than having to look out for a card in the mail, I can go straight to the office and show my digital receipt.

Great service, good timing, I only had to wait for the weekend to be over to get my order. I was told I would have it Wednesday but it came yesterday. It's nice not having to wait weeks for it. It pays to shop from here in Australia.

3 weeks & my Parcel is still sitting in Brisbane with no update/explanation on why it continues to sit languishing in Brisbane when it was approved for International flight to the US 3 weeks ago. Conditions have improved regarding Covid-19, yet there doesn't seem to be any improvement with Aus. Post. The App is not user friendly for International customers attempting to Inquire/track their parcels & does not explain that International customers have no Inquiry process & must rely on sender.

Not left in an out of view place at all (which there is a wide brick pillar that can be used less than a mere from door) but at foot of front door in full view from the street!! This happens far too often
