Let me verify myself, oh wait I've forgotten a pin set over a year ago, let me reset it, oh now I have to WAIT 24 HOURS!? Whose brilliant idea was that? You're right and I'll make it even more secure by deleting the app since it was useless when needed.

The best thing about this app is that it replaces all your main IDs that you carry in your wallet and it's FREE. Especially Keypass which is accepted everywhere, totally FREE. However if you wish to verify your id docs online without having to visit Australia Post you must have a passport that has been expired less than 3 years. 4 stars because it took me 25 mins to find the chip in my passport. I almost quit but it did eventually work. So don't give up, keep at it! Almost perfect. FREE!

Only been using it briefly, but it was pretty easy to set it up and confirm my documents, then use it to confirm my ID to a web site.

No other option to verify passport if chip scanner doesnt work, tried other options through full website on laptop, no connection to phone app with suggested "prompts to verify your identity". Couldn't give a low enough score to be honest, very frustrating. I've reached out twice via the feedback option and no response. Terrible.

Most apps aim to solve a problem with a solution that is so simple it seamlessly blends into life. This is not one of those apps - this is an app desperate for love but not finding it anywhere. It is amazing that the post office refuses to accept any digital form of drivers license, but they will accept their app which proves only name and photo - no address, no date of birth. Even the post office staff were embarrassed when they realised.

Worst app ever forgot the password it takes 2 days for it to send a txt to reset it. Not happy only want to redirect mail Cant give a review for ads because I cant get in to it

Pretty ordinary to release an app that you are then unable to verify identity documents OTC in a post office because the program isn't working. Delete!!!
