This is the worst app ever in my experience and deserves zero star -Can't sign up -Billed 30k plus each instead of 21k on display for 4 passengers -Worst of all,i received no confirmation nor acknowledgement for payment -20 minutes call with plenty of music was not acted upon - I got to the airport to hear that the time schedule i saw on app does not exist for the route. It took the Grace of God for me to travel later same day. Many were actually left stranded. This app should be decommissioned

I just downloaded the app and tried to "manage booking". I entered my PNR and surname, and the error message, "you must supply valid PNR for search", pops up. Meanwhile, the same PNR and my surname, shows my itinerary when I acres via the website. The ap certainly needs to sorted out to avoid causing problems for intending passengers.

This app never functions well. I booked and paid for a return ticket online, wanted to choose seats for my flight but each time I type in my PNR number and surname it kept on say "You must supply valid combination for PNR search". Very very annoying. Deleted and reinstalled the app and still the same issue. Used google and chrome and I kept on getting messages like "PNR not found"

The app is okay with all functions other than logging in /signing in to your account. This is really an inconvenience.

Hello Arik, im so disappointed at you people. I've been debited twice on different bookings. Please refund my money. I dont pick money on the ground. Ive called your customer care severally and they keep saying trash. I've been to your office in thr Airport and they keep refering me one office like that and also to Customer care. Please refund my money. You guys are not the only airline in Nigeria and this is not my first time booking.
