Training tables are basically a series of dives that push tolerances and condition body to deal with either high co2 or low o2 levels. This application let's you set you own co2 or o2 tables or use default ones. You can also create your own custom tables. I made this mostly for myself to prepare for the summer. Good apnea training app, and it is easy to set/adjust according to our level.

The app itself is really good for training. The problem I have is that it doesn't turn off once the app is closed. There were multiple occasion where I had to get on a call. I would turn off the app, but the process would not end end the counting kept going in the background. Super annoying. Other than that the app is great.

Very satisfied with this App. Easy to set up and simple to use. Publicity not intrusive. To make it perfect I would add the possibility of creating more than one custom table.

Took me a lot of time to fill out my custom table. Never found how to start it. Never found how to get out from the CO2 setup to the other tables. Please help. Bernard

It is good for learning to hold you breath, and unlike a lot of apnea trainers it is free, this I reckon makes it better than any other apnea apps
