Very impressive UX/UI. No cruft, no bloat. I do have suggestions: 1) My fat fingers have difficulty hitting the options icon next to files and folders in list view. Often, I open a file when I intended to rename it. Can this button have a larger active area? 2) Navigating to a parent folder is currently a hunt-and-peck process within the address, requiring moving my finger according to the length of the folder name. A permanent Up button would be preferable. 3) An option to disable animations.

very easy to use seamless bug-free most of time Nice addition to a Android phone when it comes to your file manager

Great file manager, simple and clean, and open source. It just works. The built-in text editor is a great function too!

Takes forever to load folders, if it loads them at all. Unusable.

Does not work! "Guru meditation, UI error, and app crash" COME ON! USED TO work ok enough but now complete garbage unfortunately!

Excellent file manager! Exactly what I was looking for. No ads, lightweight, clean design, and no unnecessary bloatware features. Best of all, it's open source! So it's far more trustworthy than other similar apps, which is very important for a critical tool like a file manager. I love the clean UI and customizable options. My favorite file manager app.

Works on my Note 8. I un4tun8ly don't use it enuff. I keep 4getting that it's there (I'm blessed w ADHD... not an excuse... just a little better understanding of how my brain works sometimes... 🤔 ,,, or doesn't! 🤪). No problems so far noted. WRT to the additional question "Rate your experience for ads shown inside the app." I'm rating it a 5 bc in my book any app that has no ads is a 5 for me! 😁

Used this for a while. This is not updated enough, even for open source. Crashes when searching for a file, random crashes when cutting/pasting/unzipping/etc... It's clearly not stable at all, there are way too many crashes for it to be enjoyable right now. Some crashes are there since I installed it 1 yr ago. Hasn't been updated for Android 10, even though it's been out for a while now. 3 stars for it instead of 2 because what works, works really well. Good potential, but needs more work.

I've been using this app for a little while now and haven't run into many problems. However I did notice one issue, not sure which app is the problem. In one app, I want to save a file. The only option is "share," which I choose and pick to save in Amaze. Amaze opens with a green download icon bottom right. I click that but Amaze keeps crashing. Nothing gets saved. So far that's the only issue I've run into.

Second-best open source file manager after Material Files, could be more keyboard/remote friendly on Android TV.
