This app does nothing but a remote control for the camera, yet very insecure. It does not support passwords with special characters (same password works on website), very slow download from camera (twice the amount of video length), cant download in background, require gallery permission where it only needs storage, insecure wifi connection with default/weak password, no internet once connected to camera, no way to name camera, cant distinguish cameras of the same model

MotoG7 connected to the app just fine. It wasn't seemless, it did take two attempts to work. So did the gopro though. The app does what it says it does. The directions are clear, lots of functions. Deserves 5 stars, but asking for an email password is criminal. The app dev info is lacking, that is suspicious. So enjoy the fake email I never use for anything. Fortunately the camera connects to a PC and I only use the camera for documenting rides. The permissions won't be turned on until needed.

Amazing app that I use for my V50pro. It's awesome that I can simply record videos and then connect my camera to download the videos. For people struggling with he WiFi issue. Please understand that sometimes the app register your MOBILE DATA as the wifi connection. Turn off your mobile data and the camera will connect within a few seconds. It took me 2 minutes of googling to find this out. Research instead of instantly complaining.

Phone connects to my device's Wifi in app with no problems, unfortunately the app gets stuck on the connection page and will not allow me to finish adding the device, meaning that I cannot look at photos or watch videos from the device with my phone. Complete garbage!

Not working on OnePlus 6T This app refuses to connect to my Akaso Brave 7 LE with my OnePlus 6T. I was able to connect to the wifi signal but would receive an error. I then tried this on my older LG V30 and it connected perfectly. Please fix this, I don't want to have to carry around 2 phones whenever I go out with this camera. Update: I've tried this app on my OnePlus 7Pro and now my new Pixel 5a. The app could not connect to the camera on either phone. This app does not work. Moving to GoPro

It's decent but sometimes it disconnects from the phone. The social media idea is creative though. It's smooth and cool. Some people may not like it but it's ok to me. Please update the app so it connects better.

The app won't function unless you give your email account user name (no problem) & actual password (insanity). I don't care about sharing my videos on the app, I just want the view and functions of the camera available to me and I'm not giving out my email account login credentials to some company - back to Amazon, going with another brand.

Everytime I try to upload a video to the app, the app always crashes. Photos can be uploaded without any problem, but videos cannot be uploaded.

Annoying at best. Why does an app need a location when all that I am trying to do is connect my Brave 6 Plus. In addition it wants personal information. Installed and Uninstalled in 18 mins. That is a record.

I love the camera but my camera itself will not connect to wifi or the app on my phone. I followed the direction to T but nothing. I really need to use this camera. I have the EK700 I can record with it and take pics but I need to be able to edit on the go. So I need it to Connect to my phone I have a moto g style
