    Overall is okay & good. BUT, some chage & upgrade is needed, hence the one star to give them heads up. 1) I feel that the boarding pass menu should be at the bottom when opening the app, not need to go to the profile section 2) For my app, if i click the boarding pass menu, my latest boarding pass will be shown at the bottom while my previous flown/cancelled flight is still there and not in the flown section, still in the upcoming flight section. So, i think there's a bug/error here, look it up

    aktie Such a crappy app. My big member account is not linked to this app and i have a refund amount of over 15k and whenever i try to put another guests name it automatically takes my name and ny details. I have to book a urgent flight for tomorrow 30th September 2020 for a guest and you do this! Even the customer service is poor i waited for over 30mins and still couldn't connect with them for assistance. I shouldn't give 1 star with this kind of service. Very much disappointed.

    corona The more updates you do to this app the trashier it gets. Before, the app just lags but now, it can't connect to the payment page. I prefer to just delete this app and fire your developers. They're just focusing on the IU not on the performance of the app.

    login I booked my flight, as well as my hotel on the app. The App says that the hotel is nonrefundable. Which sucks because the hotel says that I'm not reserved. So I paid extra for nothing and am now without a hotel .

    email worst support ever and making fool customers. They provide me a redpass as a defense person and when i m entering the promo code it saying its a invalid code. Great!!! And today is the last day to book through the redpass but the issue is not resolved yet

    flug stornieren This app doesn't have the feature to check your credit account (wch is basically the refund account) so to initiate the refund and use the these points you will have to use the website. Additionally refund procedure is really poor. If you book a ticket for your family member. You can't get the refund in your account rather Airasia will push to create another account for the family member to initiate refund. Really a crappy process, certainly not user friendly.

    Most useless airlines ever! Boast about everything being virtual and convenient when they try to inconvenience you every step of the way while making you pay for every small detail.You have an app, but i cannot check in with my e boarding pass because the barcode isn't displayed- so what's the point of the app? You say you have a virtual complaint platform , but when a complaint is made no replies or action taken- so go virtual for what? Just to display your useless Ava Avatar? So laughable!

    Very poor experience. No customer care support. Only a chat bot available which does not provide answers to queries.My refund request was closed without providing any information. On top of that, when tried to to access the Credit Account, it is showing blank white page, no information at all. Certainly not up to the mark.

    This is the worst experience I've had with an airline. They couldn't refund my money and just prompted me to drop it in their Credit account. And this took a whopping 7 months! I'm astounded by the amount of attention and care they have have for their customers. They deserve this one star.

    Updated the app, bought the flight ticket, cash was taken from my bank but no booking shown on my app. Tried contacting customer service, but very late response and still unable to settle my issue. Always locks my account saying multiple attempts and have to reset everytime to buy the ticket. Poor service from AirAsia

    Worst experience ever. My Credit Shell query has been pending for more than a month now but the Air Asia customer care seem to avoid such glitches. First of all, my flight booking charges were not refunded despite my request and were transferred directly to Credit Shell without my concern and now they don't offer any assistance in booking another flight from the Credit Shell account. I strongly urge not to book any flights through Air Asia due to unfriendly services and incompetent staff.

    Air asia, why do you always locked my account? Whenever I open the website, logged in my username and password it shows "Account is Locked". I know exactly my password, even I change it yesterday then the other day it's locked again. Also, when I open the app I don't see my account details it'll just say "Oops, something went wrong."     They will offer to move your flight due to travel restrictions, but will simply send a message saying the postponed flight has been cancelled as well. The customer support team is horrible. Waited over 40 minutes for someone to come over to the Live chat, but no one did. Horrible.

    Very very very Bad Terrible experience with Air Asia. I booked a Ticket in Air Asia flight. Flight is cancelled and there is no any prior notice given from Air Asia side. After that when iam going to refund this flight amout i have paid. There is a very long long and lengthy process. Actually they don't want to refund money to customer. If you call customer care there is long waiting time. We can't easily connect with customer care. Still I didn't receive my refund . It's really a frustrating.

    Worst apps ever, failed to log in to my big id account, i have tried multiple times to log in, very disappointed at the end the agent has ended the chat when i was trying to log in to my account, so airasia has cancelled my ticket, and cannot get my refund nonsense and rubbish, thi apps is sucks

    Horrendous fllight search, and booking experience. Too much of glitches, very slow, buggy / absolutely poor interface and unbelievably frustrating using this app. On top of that, the airasia unlimited pass feels like a rip-off - granted the fine prints but there are barely any flights with such discounts and the app doesn't make it any easier to find those. I could expect this type of standard / experience from a start up but not a multi-billion dollar airline operating for a few decades.

    Hard to deal with this airlines. No one to talk to all robots. Talking to robots is okay if they have perfect system but God forgive me! It sucks!

    My bad review for my booking, my check in, and my boarding passes. The flight that we already booked are not in display in my booking even though already scroll down / refresh the page. The check in and my boarding passes also faces same problem. End of the day, still back need to go to website and all the things as old times. Having an app supposed to make our job/work easier but this app is doing instead.

    Airasia indonesia cancel my flight twice. first cancellation i can convert it to airasia credit flawless, then i use that credit to book another flight different date and route. then they cancel it again and reschedule it to 1 day before my original flight ( without confirming it to me). now i can't convert it to credit because it was reschedule and it really hard to contact with live support to get refund.

    the application is bad, but if you want to change reschedule, refund, etc you must to do it in the application. i try many time why my booking schedule is not found? although in prev menu it is in my booking list. and big member menu is very slow respon 👎

    Slow, buggy, and not a very good user experience but somehow it gets the job done, if they focus more on the app itself, everything will be perfect. I mean come on, its not like airasia is a new startup company and can't afford better software developers. Plus felt a bit cheated by the unlimited pass, theres barely any discount flight.

    Not User friendly, Take lot of time to reload a page. API request is too slow to fetch the data. UI validation is not proper. While entering mobile number, able to enter special character also. In AVA chatbot information is missing, Not able to do check-in using it.. In web check-in mobile number validation is not proper, after entering 10 digit mobile number. Getting error message No proper support, worst service. Last time i am going to take flight. Hope next time i won't prefer this airline

    Most difficult app/website to navigate. Have a long list of grievances.No customer care or email service.The chat bot is really painful and frustrating to use. In the app,even if you are logged in,the booking is not linked to the big member id. Any modification becomes a HUGE pain. Because of covid my flight got cancelled & I am struggling to get a credit refund.Bot keeps saying the booking is not linked to my big member id whereas I have followed the exact steps to link it. No idea what to do

    I had done bulk booking for the month of April. Since covid19 became an issue I raised a credit request. Since the passenger name doesn't match with my big id name, AirAsia denies to credit the amount. However I have used the same email id as in my big id. Not sure how to proceed further on this. Since my email id is already registered, how am I supposed to create a new id with the passenger name in ticket and same email id??? Awaiting response from AirAsia since more than 2-weeks. Pls respond.

    After the latest update the app either shutdown or have to reenter login credential when you wants to do anything i.e. check profile, cases, bookings, etc. and even after you reenter the login info, you'll feel like you are stucked in limbo, it keeps repeating until you give up. Dear AA, you should provide app update for the betterment not the other way around.

    Receive an email saying refund due to covid-19 must link to BIG member ID, it should be 16 digits start with 99. Try to check info within the app, have to relogin everytime i press my profile, menu doesnt organize at all, either make it left, right or center instead of both side. AND YA I PRETTY SURE MY BIG MEMBER ID CONSISTS ONLY 10 DIGITS AND IT START WITH 1. Disappointed! Will use this app only to check my itinerary.

    I literally missed my flight today because of this app. I double checked my flight yesterday my friend(witness) helps through this app. But then, i checked it just now, my flight was suddenly forward to 13.10 (supposedly 15.55). I saw it last minute and try to go to the airport while checking my emails. Then i saw an email from airasia a week ago(28th june 2020), but yesterday it didn't even changed the schedule yet in the apps. In short, the emails and the apps is not synced. Can't depend on it

    My booking amount in two cases Appx Rs42000.00 has not been refunded till the end of almost three months. In the first case, the flight was not operated due to lockdown and in the second case, amount was debited from my account but the ticket was not generated. Poor ,delayed and irresponsible customer service.

    I initiated a request for credit by creating an account.And that's how all the problem started. I received an email where it said that my name doesn't match with the ticket. My email was correct the name I gave in my ticket was all fine but just because my name didn't match in the app I still haven't received it.. I can put Superman as my name in the app why does this have to be an issue. I booked ticket for my friend through the same email and I have no f**cking idea how to get that back too.

    After 1 and a half hours of trying to book the Unlimited Flights Program I gave up. The worse app I've ever used, and I've used many including Ryan Air, Scoot, Turkish Airlines, Skyscanner (the best). I wish Tony Fernandez would try his app out and find out for himself whoever is advising him on the use of this app. Would save us a lot of pain.

    Worst app and service ever! Been trying to check in multiple times but couldn't, there isn't anyone i could check with, especially right now is COVID-19 period. I've contacted their Facebook and AVA, but all I can get is FAQ answers, couldn't be bothered with having an actual person to solve customer's problem.

    Poor. I've wasted my money on buying unlimited pass and found price did not change after I try to find flight ticket. I bought the ticket only to find the same flight has promo when I check through web browser after. The only reason I wasn't discounted for the ticket price is because of your faulty apps.

    I had went throught the Ava bot, which was frustrating to the max, and applied for a refund. Waited patiently for 1 month and was told that my refund is unable to be processed as I used a 3rd party to buy the ticket. This is the first time hearing that your own airasia app is a third party. Used the app again to contact ur customer service. Never got through. What was the point of this app again?

    Useless app. The e-boarding pass without the bar code causing the customers need to print the boarding pass at the kiosk again. So what’s the point you develop this app? I remember it has the barcode last time, but recently update make the barcode disappeared.

    When i tried to change my flight date in the app before confirming the new changes they saying to me to select addons . I have complimentery food on that flight. But there is no option showing to select. Actually what is doing there. Worst customer service i have ever seen is yours.

    I had booked a flight ticket through mmt app but it got automatic cancelled due to covid 19 pandemic situartion. I got a meesage to mail that the amount I paid for that they will not refund me instead in that same amount I can change my flight to another date. But when I am trying to change my flight date thay started playing with me. Both the contact numbers are wrong. I didn't get any help from neither airasia side nor from mmt side. Really very bad experience

    Most slow, laggy mobile app I ever seen. Always logging out from account when deal with Big . Once you managed to fill all data within freezing interface it will tell you prices are changes.. and you need to do same job again

    Where do you start? Its all a big con All the cancelled flights are now a complete jumble of case closed,case open,under investigation,refund, no refund. Next is, We don't appear to have a Big member ID attached to your account.Please register a15 digit ID number. Wait! I already have a Big member ID.It is a 10 digit number. I send a screen shot to them and here nothing back !!! The only "Big" about all this is the BS

    I had horrible experience with airasia i have booked the ticket in may and the ticket automatically cancelled due to lockdown according to them i should get the credit points as refund which later I can use for booking tickets but without our information they have closed my reference I'd and I have not received my credit points. I have tried reaching the customer care center but the call is not getting connected. I never had this kind of situation with any other airline. I will take legal actio

    Horrible service. I was calling the customer care and was on hold for more than 40 minutes and still no response and that continuous Ava ad was more than irritating. I haven't seen this much of horrible service. And I tried modifying my flight from both the app and the site, and their site and app both became unresponsive.
