Terrible UX. App is lagging, takes a lot of time to load (even with just a light-weight event of looking at an item details!) No in-app chat support, redirects users to the web every single time. On the web, it requires logging in. Order ref. number can't be copied from the app. Is this intentionally made difficult to contact for support? In-app errors happen frequently, yet the error messages are not shown properly to users. The messages pops up and disappears instantly, automatically.

Just experience the worst check-in yesterday. When I click check in button in the My Booking section it said no information is available. I have to enter the booking number manually and then it just won't recognise the QR Code for the vaccination and having to limited to only three attempts is counter-effective. I had to print the pass in the counter which is full of people who had same experience as me thus defeating the purpose of contactless process. Pages loading terribly too.

There should be a "add-on" option under "my bookings" in the app, at least that's how it was when I last flew in Oct 2020. But the problem is, NOW there isn't "My Bookings" on the app. Even when I tried "My Orders", it only has "Check-in" and "View Itinerary" options. Update: thankfully I'm able to do it on AirAsia website. However I just can't find "my bookings" on the app. It simply doesn't exist in the app. Please resolve this issue soon. Thank you.

The ride portion of the app is unintuitive and clunky. Completely useless. I had a driver accept a ride who was not even at the entrance where I was (the geolocation is inaccurate) . He was then able to change the ride to a no show and accept payment even though I was waiting for him at an entrance he wasn't even at. Then when I called the replacement ride, I am unable to access the previous booking info. Honestly, try harder. Your app is awful. ZERO stars if it's possible

Easily the worst app that I've ever encountered! Starting from registration (opss something went wrong - error message) to self check in (delay time). After multiple failed attempts to upload vaccination cert, the app simply asked me to go to the counter - which AirAsia will happily charge me for it later! WORST APP EVER!

I booked a flight using this app and it confirmed successfully. However the following day. I got email notification that the flight is cancelled. In order to refund to credit account, The booking reference number should be linked to the BIG account (which of course I use the app in the first place) but the booking reference number of the cancelled flight is gone in my list. how am I suppose to refund the amount when the booking reference number is erased fron the app, not even in flight history.

Lousy stupid app. The so-called "super app" kept changing my flight schedule a few times without any notification. Tried the virtual ASSistant called AVA to complain but its a useless effort because it's a stupid robot with no Artificial intelligence at all. A stupid airline with no actual human to talk to if a customer encountered a problem. Have to rush to airport to meet the AirAsia real human staff to rectify my problem. "Fly cheap and we are stupid too" should be your new tagline.

Don't know why people rate 5 stars for this app, I had the most unfair experience using this app. My relatives, all make their order later than me, then how come my relative get their order but I didn't get my order? Worst and most UNFAIR service I've ever seen. Even worst than CJ Wow Shop, my child waited in the house for more than an hour and you say cancel without any specific reason. Worst app ever.

Update: Can't even load boarding passes now. Check-in very tedious by app because back button will throw you out of the whole process and you have to restart uploading vacc cert. I know AA is trying to branch to as many services as possible now, but your app has gotten so bloated, clunky, and slow with every updates. Errors, unresponsive touches, and info not loading. Bring back the old app please.

You guys can't keep cancelling the flights and reschedule it. It is really frustrating and annoying. There is specific time and date where a person needs to be there. And your ava is terrible as it does not do anything and would just reply "sorry I could not help". My flight shows different time on the app and after my flight being rescheduled, the updated time was not displayed as it still shows the old departure time.
