Welp...it's a good idea BUT: 1. why have a cancel option when users still get charged, you can say this 48h rule somewhere or just dont have a cancel button? 2. as of today, i need to buy new phone to uae the app, cos mine is "no longer secure enough". Could you at least make it so ppl with older phones can at least see the timetable of daily classes? So if i can't book, cancel or even see the schedule, i don't know why use the app at all? :/

Useless Waiting lists are pointless as they wont actually put you on the class list unless you call up. They charge you for cancellations despite me paying for my membership) they don't seem to understand the notion of emergencies etch getting in the way. Pilates, yoga, aquafit classes let in way too many people. Best classes weekdays, when people work. Balaam out of commission but no info on app. Swimming pools constantly fail to warn of class use etch so you barely 1/4 a pool to use.

My god must be the worst app I have ever used.Try to make a booking 14 times without luck. Not only that you have to have the right android in order for the app to work what that is only god knows.

Same membership, same gym and yet the app shows me the classes fully booked ALWAYS. Not to my housemate though. Please fix it.
