Well, they fixed the Kindle version because my wife can now watch. Why is the Android version still not working? Similar Operating System yet keep getting error messages saying "Sorry, still not working. Good luck, try again later."

A very cumbersome and awkward app. Even though the Britbox app is slow to load this app could take a lesson from it in organization and user options. It's also mostly murder mysteries which is tiresome. Britbox has a lot more options.

This is the only app I use which drops me constantly. Also I have to redo closed caption if I stop or even when the next episode comes in. No other app I use makes me do this. If you didn't have shows I like, I would dump you.

Acorn TV has exceptional programs and the app is another great feature for the channel. Acorn TV is my go to channel for all the classic British shows and for newer shows too. Cheerio to the brits for sharing their favorite shows that have become mine too!! 🍾

Very useless app try to watch a show and it will pause on it's own you have to exit out and go back and resume to get it to continue playing my mother is very frustrated with it very aggravating

Would give zero stars if possible After update, App quit loading content generating a criptic message. You can stream trailers all day long, but not the shows. Don't have this issue on my Roku, it you can't take your Roku on the road can you? Tech support initially seemed helpful and promised to get back to me. I love Acorn TV but the app needs work. My internet connection is not the best. It's an issue with the ISP, not my equipment. The video quality for Acorn is jittery if I watch it on my laptop, so I usually watch it on the app. When the connection fails, I get an error message and have to reload the episode. It doesn't give me an option to go directly to where I left off. They need to fix the buffering and the issue with it not saving my place. I do not have these problems with most of the other streaming services I use.

Nothing but the previews will stream anymore on my tablet it's been nearly 5 months since I could watch any programs. All I get is a message saying, "Sorry we're unable to load this stream." Please fix the app. I've done all the fixes suggested by Support and nothing has worked. Acorn TV is my favorite television website. I'm tired of having to watch Acorn TV shows on my phone.
