I love the convenience of online applications. Are you most of my bookkeeping and paperwork at night and the credit union is closed so I can basically pretty much find out what I need to know. There are a few things that are not covered so it's not completely thorough but I imagine a Time that will change.

App is overall user friendly, convenient and helpful. Two upgrades need to be made. One, check deposit is limited and if it works a frustrating process. Two, poor layout and low quality app design. A nine year old could design the app layout and features. I feel ACCU could learn from other high quality banking/credit union apps. That being said ACCU has exceptional customer service and is a quality credit union!

The only thing lacking is the ability to temporarily turn off credit/debit cards and then turn them back on. This is incredibly useful in many situations. Currently, all of thelarge banks offer this in their apps. Other than that, this app has been reliable and usable.

Would be nice if you gave SPECIFIC instructions regarding EXACT verbiage required in endorsement window "For Mobile Deposit Only at Arizona Central Credit Union" IMMEDIATELY upon opening mobile deposit app instead of waiting until AFTER front image has been taken. Without that instruction further upstream in the process, I wrote "FOR DEPOSIT ONLY AT AZCCU" and my deposit went into REVIEW. TWO THUMBS DOWN.👎👎

Need to improve acceptance camera for taking pictures of checks. I spent over 30 minutes trying to get the picture accepted. Take a note out from retailers. You barely get the card held up and the picture has already been taken. Of course I like the convenience. Just improve acceptance camera.

Check deposit is maddening. Have to write multiple checks before accepted. With quarantine, the $500 daily limit, together the multiple days/tries you have to make for each deposit can mean a couple extra weeks before you can make a successful deposit of a larger check.
