The app is very nice and easy to use. I like the lists and that you can order it by aisle, it makes shopping faster and easier. It would get 5 stars if the product availability information was reliable. Several times a product was showing available and it wasn't, not sure if this is happening just for my local store. Also after switching to the shop in store mode, I can't see my customised offers anymore, it shows me offers of products I've never bought and will probably never buy.

On the whole it's okay. The app doesn't let you change your online order (maybe I just can't figure it out) although the full website does. The website has a less-than intuitive and convoluted process to change orders. It's also annoying that some fruit and vegetables, for example bananas and broccoli, are sold per piece and not by the kilogram so you don't actually know how much per kg the piece is unless you weigh it after it's been delivered!

I prefer to use my pc to place my order, much bigger screen. However, this app is really convenient for adding items to my shopping list right when I think of what I need to buy. The scan barcode feature is awesome, opened the last bag of chips, scan it; last bottle of water, scan it, last packet of paracetamol, scan it. So simple even the kids do it 👍

The app has been broken for over a week. Do not even waste your time trying to order from Android. We have never had any problems until now. It says "1 product unavailable" and when you review the product with the only option available it shuts down. Have tried over 20 times this week to order and have tried updating the app but nothing works.

Pretty good - Woolworths seem to have really committed to making this work, and it shows - the pick up and delivery experience is pretty smooth, and they've done a good job with their indexing and metadata, so it's pretty easy to find the items you want

I've never had problems with the app until this new update. Now when I open it I am asked to choose delivery or pick up method. Chose direct to boot at my local store and it says it's selected yet I cannot start shopping can only go back which takes me back to the choice of delivery or pick up. Essentially I am unable to shop at all through the app at the moment which is a major inconvenience. Edit: it's fixed now, wasn't my fault. Thanks for your response anyway.

Can't add payment method for scan and go so it won't work. Partner has also tried on his phone and also doesn't work. Was only using for scan and go so now app is useless. Have been trying to add a new card for 2-3 weeks.

Update: While I initially had great things to say about scan&go, my recent experiences have made me downgrade my rating. After neatly packing my bags, I have to unpack it all at the scan&go checkout so the staff can rescan my items! So frustrating! Flagging down a staff member is always a challenge and I end up wasting more time at the scan&go checkout than saving. Pointless.

Decent app with easy ordering. Only wish that the delivery tracking was live (ie you could see where the van is). Additionally it would be good if there was a way to add items to your submitted order (ie before packing starts) rather than cancelling the entire order and starting again.

I love this app it's easy to use and shows all my personal specials. As a long time online shopper, I have never had any issues with this app, and it lets me know when an item on my list is not available. Great service!!!
