The card and the app have both been a horrible experience. I was unable to register card without calling customer service. After getting card registered through customer service the first time I tried to use it the card was declined and customer service would not give me any reason for this. I had more than enough to cover the amount but they refused to cover my purchase or give me any reason for it

Soooo frustrating!! Don't order a personalized card through Kroger! Not only did I wait almost a month to get my Personalized card, but now that I have it, my funds from the temporary card didn't transfer on the new one when I called to activate it AND every time I finish setting up the app and try to log in, it says my username is taken, and when I used the username they claimed another user had, to see if maybe I did register it, it says the user is not found. I even tried usernames I never used before to see if it said the same thing and it did. I thought the money on the card would automatically transfer to the new one once activated?! I wish I would've looked these reviews up BEFORE I bought this card.

The new app updates is HORRIBLE! CAN no longer transfer funds to other cardholders, always get the error message saying can't exceed balance. I would have to always go to a laptop or desktop. I tried to uninstall an reinstall. Worthless app! I have had my card for 2 yrs. I loved the old app. Stop screwing with the app, u are not making anything better, but will loose customers! I for 1 am ready to weigh all my options at this point.

Every time there is an update, it doesnt work. Per a previous post's recommendation, I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. I keep getting an error message. Makes it kind of hard to pay bills when you cant access your balance. Maybe it's time to try someone else. 8-14 Now the app closes everytime i try to log in. And to respond to their reply, it had ansolutely nothing to do with the wrong user name.

worked fine until a few days ago. now it tells me "login failed" everytime. even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still doesn't work. please fix it!! Thank you for responding. you responded that i could check balance by texting 90831 and when i do this it said service is denied. i used to be able to use this until about 3-4 months ago.

I cant even make a password to log in I literally tried everything and it doesn't take the password. It shouldnt be almost near impossible just to log in into an account..I'm obviously not the only one that has issues with this app but how hard is it to just give me access to my account, why is this even a thing if it's this bad?

It was discontinued several months ago. App doesn't work. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. IT TAKES 5-10 MINUTES NOW TO CHECK A BALANCE IT IS NOTHING BUT ADVERTISEMENTS FOR AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE EVEN PUTTING IN CARD NUMBER. WHAT A JOKE. And why leave an app on play store that doesn't work. I don't have the time to waste on Kroger!!! WHY DOES KROGER THINK I DO??? DONE. TIME TO MOVE ON. SUCKS AS BAD AS KROGER'S OWENS IN LIGONIER, INDIANA. KROGER HAS NOT BEEN GETTING ANYTHING RIGHT LATELY.

Nope... Don't use. Go with pay pal. Beyond endless issues using app and card issued. Cant reload just go with pay pal.... Update.... Just was able to successfully close my account. I'm not sure how everyone doesn't know about this. Kroger, this is feeling like a scam or someone dropped the ball some where and it shows. Not a single customer service agent told me the same information, everyone always had a different answer. To even call the call center customer service is hilarious, there's not.

Awful app. Because I can't give it 0 stars it gets 1. There's no forgot username or password button and it demands your birthday to set up. The calendar it uses to provide birthday starts today. There's no way around it so you have to go back month by month from today to your birthday. So unless you were born this month or last month (which I'm pretty sure you have to be at least 16/18 to have this card) you have a LOT of tapping to do. Me- I'm 46 so 46 x 12 months = over 500 taps on the calenda

All I can view is my balance. I can't see pending or cleared transactions. It says there are none, but when I go online, I can see everything. I love my card, the ease of loading and the rewards for using, but there need to be an app that works that we can use to monitor our spending.
