The app hanged three times on my Galaxy 10e when trying to create account. Then decided to purchase tickeys without an account. The app hanged after getting all my data and my credit card, on the latest confirmation. Still don't have tickets, will try another company.

A lousy app, can't login, doesn't show what track number you're supposed to stay at or even the stops for all the journeys. You book a certain journey, you get surprised by the new stops it shows on that journey which you were not aware of!

Awful experience, The binario was about 1km away, so when I got there apparently the train was gone (which I don't believe) because I sat in the train and it was 30 minutes late so I had to take another train anf I had to pay again. NEVER gonna use it again cause had the same problem the last time. Definitely I do not recommend it if you are a tourist.

Bought tickets Naples to Rome-Fiumicino for Aug 10th, but when I paid, my schedule was off by one day (Aug 11). Tried changing it, but was only able to change the Naples-Rome Termini portion (Freccia Rossa). It failed to warn me that I would not be able to change the date (for Rome Termini-Fiumicino) before I purchased the entire trip. Now I'm stuck with the (14 Euro) on the wrong date for my Rome Termini-Fiumicino. App presents arrival/departure information in a confusing manner.

Payment through PayPal doesn't work anymore, the app tries to load the page indefinitely. Can't check train status from my purchases page, have to type the train number every time. Delays are often inaccurate. Still gonna use the app cos I have no choice.

I bought 2 ticketts. Termini Vicenza. Only teceivef points for my tickett not for my companion. No way of requesting points to be applied for my companion tickett. Missing 148.20points.
